I don’t know how they learn to service customers. After ordering for 20 minutes and no one said something or send the order to table. Once I checked with them, they seemed feel nothing happened and missing my order even provided COLD french fries to me. Ridiculous staff and service!

Food is good but waiting may take longer than one would expect.

Terrible. I don’t know how they can serve this fries to customers(. Dirty and noisy. Quality of food is quite low. Need improvements on service.

Ordered the chicken nuggets and fries for my little one, terribly burn.... I told the manager ( her name is Tuyet Suong) and she said it is how it should be and bla..blaz.... OMG🙄

I went here with a friend of a friend for a children's birthday party. I did not eat the food as this is not the kind of food that I enjoy hence the reason why I gave it four stars. It's a popular place with the Vietnamese, it was clean and the food did smell good as far as fry chicken goes.

We went during dinner rush. There is no civilized queue at the counter. People just kinda minced in there to pay. The wait was ~15 min, "fast food" hehe, while there were a couple of staff idling in the background. At least the food tasted good.

com ga vien (rice with chicken nuggets) wasn't even served warm. The nuggets were stone cold. Seemed it had been taken out of the fridge and microwaved for a bit. I've only been going here to two weeks. Without naming names, another well known fast food place (specializing in chicken) that I frequently visit, has been very consistent in comparison.

Not impressed with this establishment. They were busy cleaning their floor mops in the sink I have to wash my hands in.

worst branch ever, terrible staff, messing around and even eating CUSTOMER’S CHICKEN NUGGETS. horrible. also always so noisy with kids running all over the place.

Good food with resonable price

Would give 0 stars if possible ordered set meal with burger. Burger was stone cold when received, asked if I could have warm one I was meet with laughs and giggles. The member of staff went and told another and more laughter and giggles,they went and wrapped burger in serving paper put in microwave and blasted it!!!! Handed back with more laughs as burger now uneatable. Will not waste my money again
