Foreigners beware, as soon as I walked in the door, I observed a waiter and a waitress come directly to me when the table I went to was clearly a young waitresses area of responsibility. They soon told her to go away and just hovered over me. I asked them for a few minutes so I could look at the menu in peace. I asked about Seafood Spring rolls and they walked away, came back and quoted an exorbitant price. I ordered another dish and rice. The restaurant might have looked very nice but it had a bad feeling about. There were a number of drunk men at a nearby table and it appeared to me that they were known to management. As I expected the bill arrived and I questioned them about every item. As expected they were dishonest, they charged me 55000 vnd for Rice and even charged a large fee for moist towelettes. Please be careful of this place. I felt sorry for the young waitress and made a point of saying thank you to her. These businesses are not doing the tourism businesses with Vietnam any favors, so please don't support them.

Good food, good environment. Special view in the VIP room.

This is a restaurant, more than just a "quán ăn". It is spacey, Western-style tables and chairs. The table cloths are shredded, have holes/tears etc. The toilet was not very clean, not as one can expect for this a bit more expensive kind of restaurant. The dishes, though, were all good. Sea shrimps, cultivated shrimps, shells. The wait was not too long, the waitress adequate.

Good place for eating when traveling with friends or family. Well reasonable price. The average of menu is 150,000đ Fresh food, good taste. It's not expensive as its look outside. I order 300gram of shrimp, a dish of squid, a big fish soup, a bowl of fried rice. Total for 600k is reasonable for me. Also have car parking.
