We ordered from KFC Hotline 3 tigh chickens, big size mash Pototoes,.. I don't know why you delivery for me French Fries. So bad, we take dinner late and open bag. Couldn't change anything. Really upset 😡 this service. Don't know from hotline or store. That's really 👎

Staff is much more slowly than in KFC in Lotte Mart. They refuse to enable air conditioner even on day time of weekends - saving money on customers.

Lunch time 11:45-12:00 30/05/2023 - I ordered food up front at the cashier desk. The cashier collected cash and didn't provide the bill paper to me (client). - This wis not really peak time with only around 5 customers on the queue. However, the cashier didn't provide food in order. I had to return to cashier desk and asked for my foods. - in addition, when i asked "where is my shrimp burger?". The cashier hands me the burger only (without considering what is on my order). Then I asked "where is my fries?" She put the burger and fries into a plate like picture attached and handed to me. I believe this is not a professional way to serve food especially this is a international franchise brand.

Egg tarts are sold to KFC in Vietnam. Of course I bought it because I like it. It was very delicious.

Terrible service. Please never order from this place. They'll say to deliver up to 30 minutes, but every time I order there's somekind of incident that would make them late at least an hour. It's tiring, and I don't recommend this place to anyone.
