Very tasty, reminiscent of my favorite place in Hanoi, where this dish originates. I especially like their bun/noodles/vermicelli. Some places use a noodle shape similar to spaghetti noodles but these are spot on. Only two small complaints: the pieces of charred meet and "sausage" are smaller than what I used to eat in Hanoi, and maybe the total portion of meats is slightly less. Also, beware of "fish mint/lettuce leaves" or "diếp cá". There are many good herbs and banana blossoms which make up an essential part of this meal, but I personally can't stand the flavor of that one plant NOT used with this dish in Hanoi. I really hope you like the food!

Thật tiếc no quá không thử được món bún ốn chuối đậu. Bún chả ngon nè khá chuẩn vị nhưng không bằng hồi mình đi Hà Nội ăn quán ngoài đó hehe. Món bún cá chiên siêu giòn quán để cá riêng ăn cuốn lắm bún thì cho 1 tô nước lèo đầy vung luôn có rau cần với thì là trong đó ăn thơm phức mình với bạn ăn mà tấm tắc khen ngon luôn. Mê li sau này đi VT nữa sẽ ghé.
