staff
beyond
belief...I
found
what
I
wanted
on
their
website,
and
it
was
clearly
stated
that
if
I
purchased
a
TV
55"
and
up,
I
could
pick
a
soundbar
system
and
get
a
50%
discount
on
that
item.
It
was
also
clearly
spelled
out
online,
that
I
would
get
a
500.000d
discount
when
using
my
Sacombank
card,
as
well
as
a
700.000d
discount
for
purchasing
above
a
certain
amount
which
I
qualified
for.
Wondering
around
the
store
nobody
speaks
any
English,
but
after
convincing
the
sales
person
that
I'd
like
to
purchase
a
TV
(as
shown
on
the
floor)
,
as
well
as
a
Sony
soundbar
(as
shown
on
the
floor),
i
asked
for
a
write-up
of
the
prices
with
discounts
etc.,
to
get
an
actual
total.
He
proceded
to
do
that,
and
showed
a
total
including
the
50%
soundbar
discount
but
minus
the
700.000d
discount,
because
as
he
explained
via
Google
translator,
the
total
wasn't
high
enough
since
he
had
to
use
the
discounted
prices
as
a
total
and
not
the
full
retail
prices
as
listed
on
line.
He
also
wouldn't
give
me
the
500.000d
discount
for
using
my
Sacombank
card
because
it's
a
debit
card,
although
online
it
clearly
states
that
a
debit/credit
card
both
qualifies
for
the
discount.
I
gave
in
to
the
500.000
loss
just
to
get
through
the
nightmare,
and
then
a
little
later
I
was
told
that
if
I
wanted
to
get
any
discounts
at
all,
he'd
have
to
place
the
order
online,
to
which
again
I
agreed.
I
was
told
it
would
be
about
15
minutes
to
go
through
the
system,
so
about
45
minutes
later
I
was
told
via
Google,
that
I
also
couldn't
get
the
50%
off
of
my
6M
soundbar
because
it
only
applied
to
certain
TV
brands
which
of
course
isn't
mentioned
anywhere
online...I
finally
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager
who
happened
to
not
be
working
at
that
time
in
the
afternoon,
so
after
the
sales
guy
babbled
on
on
the
phone
with
somebody
for
5
minutes
I
could
no
longer
take
it,
the
stupidity
and
ignorance
of
this
amateurish
staff
was
mind
boggling
to
say
the
least.
Pure
and
simple
laziness
and
a
total
disinterest
in
helping
the
customer
or
being
knowledgeable
about
their
own
companys
promotions
or
specials
is
highlighted
here.
No
thinking
outside
the
box,
and
oh
boy
is
that
a
small
box.
Of
course
I
also
tried
placing
the
order
online
later
which
sadly
failed
as
well.
Oh
well,
there
are
other
places
but
the
saddest
thing
is
that
these
staff
members
have
no
pride
in
their
jobs
whatsoever
and
would
much
rather
no
customers
ever
show
up
in
their
stores
so
they
can
spend
they
boring
little
lives
on
Facebook.
They
also
have
no
remorse
whatsoever
for
not
being
able
to
help
me,
and
they
for
sure
didn't
learn
a
darn
thing
about
customer
service,
they'll
simply
go
back
to
staring
at
their
phones
and
take
selfies.
It's
sad
indeed
and
doesn't
speak
well
for
Vietnams
future,
but
of
course
if
they
don't
care
why
should
I.
