Do NOT recommend this store. Better to buy on the first cry app. These guys cheat you by not applying any discounts. If you buy the same items on the FirstCry.com or app, your bill will be less than 40%. I had purchased few items that costed 2191/- in the store, i could have saved 850 rupees if I had purchased same items on the app.

Wow! This Firstcry store is fabulous. Such an amazing collection of all varieties. Very helpful and efficient staff. The store looks so appeasing to the eyes. Had a wonderful experience shopping at this store.

Staff - patience is the key n they nailed it. Went for taking a battery car for my kid. The way they involved him in assembling it was a awesome thing and they taught him how to operate it. Great store for baby clothing and accessories. You can find all baby necessities at one stop, although the price vary from store to app, store has new collection every time.. Javeed assists and attends the customer very well. Well behaved staff, a 5 star go for sure

We are regular customers but they just insult us by charging for carry bag, they supposed to serve and also the staff must balance both company and customers, they must be friendly with customers and humbly answer for their questions.

it was worst experience to shop in this store.... the staff are very annoying... they cant even provide us the carry bags even you buy for 10k +. the staff member who attended me said " we don't have carry bags , can you manage by yourself.?" …. the other female staff said they are shortage of carry bags n I have to understand that.... seriously man, for last three months they are having the same shortage.. they are just staining the brand.
