My experience was bad the lady who did my gelish French manicure (Daisy) was so unprofessional and when I told her that the polish is smudged and not even she was like ( That’s your nails ) I always do French manicure but this nail salon was one of the worst

This is one of the worst salons i’ve been to so far, they staff was so rude and unprofessional. Me and my sisters went for hairstyling they did the worst styling on us, I could’ve done better at home, and when my sister came back to tell them to fix it they refused. My sister’s makeup was done in a very unprofessional way it was so oily, the eyeliner was uneven and the foundation was so much darker than her skin tone. The staff kept talking about the manager in a negative way the whole time. I wouldn’t even give it one star.

I love it. Very organized. Great staff. Very professional. Expensive but the service is worth it.

The hairdresser kept splashing water on my face while washing my hair and is just overall rough. Very unpleasant experience for the high prices they are charging.

i came in for a bikini wax. never have i been in more pain. that’s a lie, i for sure have. the woman did a phenomenal job and she was so enjoyable. it’s a bit awkward having someone stare at your cooter while ripping hair out of your skin, but i don’t regret my decision to come. the esthetician was really funny and helped take the edge off and help my friend and i relax. it was both of our first time and we were very nervous. it was a good first time. she was gentle

Great staff, very friendly and well trained. I've been going regularly to get my nails done for the past3 months and so far it's the best I've ever tried. You always find appointments in one of their branches and the quality of service us simply top notch for the price paid.

Very disrespectful new management staff, I have been a customer for 12 years and the new manager was following me to know what service that I want to make as if I will not pay and addressed my bill in front of the customers !!!! The new Philippine girl caused an infection and I didn’t even complain about it. What a shame

They did my hair,make up, nails facial and hamam for my wedding and it was an amazing experience... everybody is super nice and helpful.

Very nice place and very sweet staff. Also great prices. I did my nails with rowena and daisy and they did a great job both times. I also highly recommend abeer for sugar hair removal. She is the best, no exaggeration, and she is very fast and thorough. It was also very easy to get an appointment. I honestly don't want to ever go to any other salon for nails and hair removal in amman after I tried jolie femme. Highly recommended

You always feel welcome here. Great manicures and pedicures and massage. There is a happy atmosphere in this place.
