‏Someone recommended me to visit this doctor, so I checked out his Instagram page. I contacted the clinic and scheduled an appointment a month in advance due to their busy schedule. On the appointment day, I waited for nearly an hour to see the doctor. During the consultation, which lasted only ten minutes, the doctor told me he would provide a temporary dental filling and then we would proceed with the necessary work on all my teeth. ‏Indeed, I got an appointment for the next day at 2 PM, but when I arrived, I waited for 45 minutes only to discover that the procedure required anesthesia (which wasn't explained to me the day before). I told him I could endure it without anesthesia, and the procedure took about 10 minutes. He then asked his assistants about the camera for a scan, but since it wasn't ready, he asked me to move to another room in the clinic and to wait for just 5 minutes. ‏I sat in the waiting area, and waited for over 50 minutes without seeing the doctor. I asked the receptionist, and she told me to wait. Unfortunately, I had to leave as there were guests from abroad waiting for me at the office. I expected at least a call from them to apologize or inquire about why I left, but that never happened. ‏In conclusion, don't believe everything you see in advertisements and social media.

Very bad service , no respect for appointment or to the customer. Not recommended at all

I had an unpleasant experience with this clinic! On my first consultation appointment they confirmed that my case is “simple” and won’t need more than 2 to 3 visits maximum (tooth crown), however, it took me 8 visits in a matter of two weeks to do a job that normally done in 3 visits max!! I had to drive from Madaba to the clinic 6 extra times just get the color of the crown right, and I didn’t even get it right at the end (see attached picture) I complained to the clinic manager (Who admitted that the results were not up to the “normal” standards) and I asked for refund but she offered a free teeth scaling and 50 JD cash back, however, I paid more than this for fuel only! If I weren’t in Jordan for vacation and short time, I would definitely not continue the treatment in this clinic and would have switched doctors from the beginning!! The clinic manager said will try to fix it once I’m back (I will update my review then) But until then, it was not a pleasant experience for a “simple case” and I wonder what might have happened if the case is more complicated!

Great dentist and the team are highly professional, friendly clean and helpful. And the most important thing is honesty they’re pure honest regarding your case not like other doctors who are after money. I went for a normal check up and they didn’t charge me for anything. I always come here for scaling and polishing my teeth and i had my facing done here. Happy and satisfied with the service.

It was a wonderful experience at all levels. Dr. Mahmoud, Dr. Ahmad and all the dentists did an amazing job. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. They were very helpful and supportive. A big THANK YOU to the manager Uroob who understood my needs and supported me through my journey.
