Was on a work visit to Amman and tried Toscana out for solo dinner while staying at the Sheraton. The atmosphere is cosy (I recommend sitting outside if there is a cool breeze) and service was super- attentive and fast. The cocktail I tried (Negroni variation) was delicious! The food was really good- be cautious of the fresh warm bread that is served cause it’s so good you will find it hard to stop eating it.

Great atmosphere with excellent staff and attention to detail. The Fillet Al Pepe Verde was one of the best steaks I ever had in the region. Restaurant is in the Sheraton Al Nabil Hotel in Amman. A good location for a romantic dinner.

Honestly, the place was great. The Host (Dima) was so friendly, professional & and positive, starting from talking to her by phone to make a reservation, going through the welcoming part, then getting the table until the event is over. I'm very thankful for her. Also, I would like to thank my waitress (Christine), who was amazing from a to z. And another big thanks to the manager (Mr. Victor). About the event, it was so great. The singer has a wonderful voice, character & positive-happy vibe. Everybody liked her. After all, Toscana is a recommended place.

Uncooked spaghetti, non-fresh mozzarella cheese on pizza, 12JOD for a 7-piece ravioli meal. Food in general was underwhelming and definitely not worth the 70JOD paid. Upside, staff were great, however, I was there to dine not chat.

Staying at the Sheraton for months and Toscana is one of the restaurant options available. Very convenient because offers the option to order the food not only from the very nice restaurant but also from the lingue or the bar. Very nice staff, friendly very welcoming. Portions of food are definitely appropriate and worth the price. As per the quality or the true Italian taste I personally think some improvement could be done.

A cozy Italian restaurant at the Amman Sheraton Hotel. Varied menu selection for food and drinks. Good food, good service, friendly staff, always a nice experience at Toscana. I recommend the warm artichoke salad and any of the pasta dishes, especially the gnocchi.

Very bad experience, waiters are not familiar with the menu she has to check every single item with someone else, food is average, we couldn’t enjoy our time as the waiter literally comes every second and can interrupt you during phone calls. Not a 5 stars service I would say a local Italian restaurant in Amman can do much better.

We tried the seafood risotto, the seafood was under cooked. They returned it, cooked it and brought it back to us. Some of it was still not cooked well. We also ordered the steak, we asked for it to be medium. It arrived rare in the center & almost burnt on the outside.
