Nice & cozy little property in the heart of the city (Nagpur). Very close to the LAD metro station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have nice pictures on the walls. Air conditioning, hot water, coffee maker ... everything was perfect. Service can definitely improve. Found the staff to be polite and responsive. However they need to plan the things better. Our room was not made when we checked in and they had to repeatedly apologize for the inconvenience. Breakfast (which is outsourced) was not ready until 9am and again the hotel staff was helpless. But the food was tasty and we enjoyed it even if it was served very late. Overall good 4 star experience.

The stay was quite good and comfortable. Did not felt like a hotel, amenities were good and staff was also well versed. One should try visiting and gaining marvelous experience.

Stayed here for a day. Hotel lobby and the rooms smell like someone just smoked in it. The room in which we stayed had broken bed and non working AC. There was no water in flush. Water pressure is also very low. However the people at reception are supportive and service is acceptable.

Room and washroom were clean..bed was comfortable..Every facility was available like hot water etc. Location is also excellent. Food taste is also good..only the service way and no. of option can further be improved

Was too good for stay. Staffs were nice and the locality was cleaner and you have street fooda available jusy beside the hotel and in front of it. I liked the place and interior as well.

Rooms are small, ac was not working initially. They don't have restaurant, if you order food they will deliver to your tiny room Edit After seeing the reply from owner: 1. May be you have bigger room, but When I pay Rs 2747/- for only room( without food ) I expect much bigger room 2. We waited for 2+ hour(probably 3 hour) before we reported the problem with AC. The technician rectified the issue with AC after that 3. We went to reception area in the morning for breakfast and asked them where is the restaurant, they asked us to go back to room they will send the breakfast

It was an extremely spacious and comfortable place to stay. It was very hygienic and the staff was extremely good and had really soft spoken skills. Room service was available 24/7. I really liked my stay here!

Not worth the money.... Its more kind of Lodge. Pure OYO type. No food, breakfast just for formality. Smells smoky. However Rooms are spacious.

Don't go by what you see in the photographs of this hotel on different portals. The real world facility is very different and I bet you will be disappointed like I was. Certainly doesn't deserve the price that is listed on the portals. Service of the staff though is good and attend to issues quickly.

Compact, cozy, well maintained rooms. Prime location to stay with good connectivity like metro, buses and just 4 kms away from the railway station. Hotel has restaurant and variety of food outlets right outside of it.

Hotel location is awesome at shankar nagar, prime location. Rooms are also quite awesome. But very negative thing about this hotel is it's parking space, which is located next to hotel in vacant plot, full of dirt and mud. And secondly, lack of service staffs and house-keeping as well as restuarant services which is closed all the time. Reception manager and madam and one senior spects wearing uncle, will tell you during check-in that you will get buffet breakfast and restuarant services. And once you checkes in to hotel, their reaturants are closed all the time. And no room service staff is available. Same reception uncle will give you room service of only water bottles and that also after lots of phone call to reception. Hotel is good but no staff and reatuarant services are available. You have to zomato for your food at this hotel. Even for tea also.

This place is amazing, clean, hygienic. Rooms are good. Would love to stay again.

1. They don't bother to clean the room for the complete stay unless you ask for ( I stayed for one week and they cleaned the room after 4 days) . 2. Served hot food in plastic utensils which is really not good for health. 3. No quality in breakfast.

The rooms are big, however you’ll probably miss the water bottle as you enter. As you have to ask for it every time. The complimentary breakfast is a total waste, they hardly have any variety or a toast for the bread they will happily offer. And yes, the complimentary breakfast does not include an omelette, just in case you are wondering. I’m not sure if I can ever recommend it to a traveler, unless you are to use the hotel for only “OYO” purposes.

The rooms aren't good enough. The water supply was irregular. The hotel staff and service during the stay was good. You can get better rooms at cheaper rates.

Good comfortable rooms. Not too large not too small. The best part was it's service , prompt and effective. Overall had a good time !
