I completed my B.E from this University, unfortunately. Biggest mistake of my life. Poor quality faculty, affiliated colleges are so bad, you question if anything is even moral in this country. How on Earth can under construction colleges be given affiliation to a university! Infrastructure in most of the colleges are so so shabby. The syllabus is probably from pre Independence era. Quality of checking papers is so bad, more than half of the students(engineering at least) face backlogs in any given semester till the final year(because that's when almost everyone finally learns how to write exams in a way that they pass). D.C instances are so much, I've had many friends who couldn't complete their engineering in 4 years. Getting an average of 60% is really tough, which not only screws your placement opportunities, but also any future prospects in government organizations such as the Military or getting into elite MBA/M.Tech colleges. I advise all people, no matter what circumstance you're in, DO NOT take admission in this godforsaken university.

This campus is specifically for Forms submission Eligibility certificate, migration certificate, degree certificate etc. Remember lunch timing is 1:30 to 2 pm Better go on morning timing 11 am so all works will go easy way without waiting in long row.

The staff of the RTMNU Pariksha bhavan building on the first floor of Room No. 5 was behaving very rudely. He knew nothing. The younger staff was quite good. One star for security guards their behavior was better than other employees..

Worst Experience . Their staffs are not supportive however University has huge campus and facilities provided by the government is good( Not Excellent) which may be utilised in proper way .But due to improper plan and vision it is lagging in providing proper education and quality.

The Nagpur University was established on 4th August, 1923 with six affiliated colleges and 927 students. During 1947, the number of students increased to about 9000 accompanied by the improvement and diversification of curricula and expansion in the range of subjects. The expansion of library and sports facilities occurred during these years for the intellectual and physical well being of the students. It was in 1958 that some new Departments in Arts and Social Science faculties were opened; the major expansion, however, came in 1963 when several science and other teaching Departments were started. The Departments were shifted to spacious buildings in the main campus in 1972-73. In later years, several career oriented courses have been started viz., Business Management, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Library Science, Physical Education, etc.

By skipping 1st year course of Engineering, B. E. degree can be reduced to 3 years and on further if needed to cover 4 years as usual it will be better if B. E. with integrated MBA dual degree is introduced which can be completed itself in 4 years only.

Well this university is way behind in competitiveness with other universities....recently they are quite investing on its infrastructure....and here staff are also very kind and helpful....but the unavailability or equipments and resources for research are serious concerns....which management needs to resolve

Management is very lethargic and poor Very poor copy checking and because of that many students fail which later on gets passed on re-checking Staff is very bad who is making unnecessary clerical issues to torture students. One of the worst university in Maharashtra. They always torture students , no one is helpful here

One of the worst University, there syllabus is better but management is the worst worst.... Not recommended to join the university..

Road touch, easily accessible, full with greenery and ample parking space. Structure of building is also nice.

Decent.. it's very crowdy as everyone has to come here for various reasons. But I haven't had any problems yet.
