No available single bed rooms, so $55 for a 2 bed room. Is okay if all you want to do is sleep for the night. Was told shower only, not to take bath. Noticed tub had what looked like a stain in the bottom and lots of cracks and needs replaced. Towels and washcloths were stained, so pretty sure or washed in house instead of using a laundry survice. Carpet was heavily stained and dirty, needs replaced and available chair to use was heavily stained. So, just slept and left in the morning. Would have liked to had a motel / hotel room coffee pot, but not sure if any of them are used anywhere any more

I stayed here about this time last year and never had a problem. You get what you pay for. I did my own cleaning and I hardly ever left the room. The staff were friendly and always took care of anything that needed attention .They even put credits on the dryer so i could finish drying my clothes when i ran out of money. I would stay here again . No bed bugs .

Omg Roach infested. 🤢🤮I thought roaches were a thing of the past to have. I'm from Austin and not even our worst low budget hotel has roaches. This place should be shut down. Sad to say but your better off sleeping in the car at this point.

Always booked but I have noticed that this time that I'm staying here, its a lot cleaner in my room. Less noise and traffic outside in parking lot. Staff is friendly and more helpful. Keep up the good work...

roach infestation. within an hour I spotted 5 different roaches. after deciding to take a nap I woke up to a cockroach on my body. 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳

The only thing good about this place is the girl who works the office and the guy who works on the rooms. Everything else sux. This place should be condemned!!!

Roaches everywhere. My son tripped getting out of shower the lid of toilet didn't even fit that toilet so he grabbed it and it just fell off. Had 2 beds 1 pillow the other was stained and reminded us of a hospital pillow. Can't bathe shower only because they use window caulking to seal holes in the tub rather than replace.

It's ok if you need a quick, cheap and pet friendly place to stay for a night. They also offer affordable weekly rates.

I paid for 2 nights in this roach infested azz motel with out reading the reviews it's nasty 🤢 as funk please do not come this raggedy azz motel I would not recommend anyone to spend they're money Waco Texas should be ashamed letting these people rip hard working folks off

Never lived at New. Road Inn but many friends have I worked some there years ago as maintenance and grounds keeper It is a safe clean place to stay at for a good price There are motels close that. Costs twice as .much per night to stay at I choose the more reasonable price and I can fix small problems that happen with ease

They don't fix anything. The rooms have rats and mice, when they were told bout it, they did nothing, did not set traps nor did they do anything about the roaches.

I had fun and there is a store right next door so that was convenient

The rooms have been getting cleaner too.

Omg this is the worst motel in Waco Texas worser than the Delta end rats roaches in the room everything falling apart refrigerator don't work the owners have no respect bad customer service skills and they're very rude never again if I was running out of gas I wouldn't spend one day there

Tryed take relaxing hot bath but the smell of the mold making me sick Tryed laying down but some reason people keep looking in my window because the curtains were not long enough to cover my window stove didnt work after taking bath as soon as i crawled into bed i felt nasty diety floors r sticky and thats carpet
