Rooms are run down, air conditioners don't work, can't get a fan.... This place is trash!

Ive stayed here several times, day rate and weekly. Its a room. Nothing fancy, but functional. They staff are all very cool people. They have laundry facility. I like it's location. Your right by everything. And the price is right.

A/c doesn't work neither does the TV the room is to expensive for how they are should be at least 100 dollars less but if your in need of a roof over your head then that's the place

Very friendly staff but definitely needs new carpets. Would not feel comfortable walking barefoot out the tub in the room i stayed in.and they actually hire orkin to spray for bugs....good job guys on wanting to be treated how YOU should be treated....

Roaches holes in the walls no minu fridge or microwave bedding smells like roaches... i left and just called it a loss... i aint taking a chance of getting bed bugs or roaches in my purse and bag.

Its not a 5 star hotel thzts fzr sure but its veen around in Waco for many many yrs. The staff was very helpful.. If you are looking for rpom and there arent any in town for a friend , this motel came thru for him! I rèally appreciated it!

Never stay here again the whole time I was there they moved me to another room without me knowing I was at work then I got moved again 2 days later and this room was bad 3 weeks no toilet and the last 3 days of that no shower

This place has went from doors that wouldn't shut with sagging beds to a nice place in good location and rooms have been remodeled and new beds

Stay here if In Waco. The nightanager is cool as they come out the freezer

This place is a slum. If there was a half of star to give I will. You clearly could tell the owners are just about the money. There sign should read whom ever is desperate for a roof over their head come by. If they received any ppp loan money they pocketed it for their own gain. That place should be condemned.😕

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms do need a little work. I would rather stay here and be treated respectfully than stay at the Hilton and be treated crappy. Hospitality makes up for a lot of things in my opinion and they are great.

The staff is very helpful very kind very lovable very patient the staff always trying to do the best they çan the staff are always know always are up beyond. They always greeted you with a smile and tell you welcome in at any time if you have a problem let them know and the maintenance people are very good and a housekeeping lady very helpful very kind she always lovable make you laugh make your day also you next to a lot of restaurants and also Walmart and a Dollar general and always every restaurant you think of and the staff all right in a team and good teamwork

This place is so bad thear is no way it pases inspection no tawls no tissue roches bed bugs no smoke detectors walls have holes no cold wotter verry hot .tolets r verry nasty i am just amazed haw this dump is even open.the only good thing is location an the people
