Couldn't be happier to have this place to get a fantastic massage. I do recommend the 2 hour. The staff is so friendly and I love they are family owned and operated.

Started going for the yoga on Saturdays but had to switch to the session on Wed. and they were very accommodating, made the process run so smooth. The class itself is great. Owner is very pleasant to talk to, and everyone that works there is so sweet. The decor is very calming and I'm excited to try out new amenities just based on the sneak peeks of some of the rooms! The 1 and only draw back is the scheduling site used doesn't allow you to access the reminder link and decline or reschedule. If you click the reminder link it automatically confirms you're attending. If you think by not clicking the link that it won't book your class or appointment it doesn't work that way, you are counted as a no show. You have to physically call & cancel. Otherwise everything about this place is amazing. Highly recommend.

I recently began going to Mind and Body Wellness Spa after I was given a gift card for my birthday. I am now a regular massage therapy client and plan to utilize their sauna room and yoga classes. I highly recommend you check out them out! I was really taken aback by how nice the setup is along with the attention to detail in the various rooms. Katlyn is an amazing Massage Therapist and I’ve heard nothing but good things about Emma’s esthetician abilities.

Emma was great! She has a great knowledge of skin care and skin care products. She does a tremendous job with pain free waxing! She's my go to for all things skin!!
