Where should I even begin? I would not give this store a one star but I have No choice. The food here is usually cold. Almost never get it right. We're not what you expected the manager of this store. Well, let's just say everybody knows about her personal life. She's loud and obnoxious and make sure that everybody knows her business. She turns on some of her employees not very loyal to them and if anything she's pompous and arrogant just to name a few. There are better McDonald's. I would drive 16 miles one way to go before I would go to this one. Terrible leadership leads to terrible store hints. Why only has three stars my guess.

My advice for anyone going to any fast food drive thru... always pull over if you have time and check to ensure all your order is correct and up to your standards because YOU PAID FOR IT; they didn't give it to you for free and they get paid very well and should take more pride in their performance as well as their courtesy to make sure you're getting what you ordered.

Plain old McDonald’s. Nothing fancy, should bring back the 60’s and 70’s style of milkshakes. Decent meal was a Big Mac, fry, and shake back in those days. McD’s tries to do too much with varying menu items. I like the KISS operation methods, keep it simple stupid.

My girlfriend and I came up here around 1130am ordered our food. Food was made but sitting on the food tray getting cold. I demanded fresh food and this Manager with glasses rolled his eyes at me.

For the past few months almost every time my husband stops by this location on his way home from work they say it's cash only. Yes, he gets out at 2am and is showing up at 2:30. But that's because this location is 24hrs!!! It's the same guy on drive thru every time it is "cash only" but when anyone else is on that shift the card readers are magically working. It has deterred my husband from ordering and simply spared them the work a couple times but when it became a frequent occurrence he started going to the ATM down the road and driving back just so their little trick doesn't work. But I'm tired of him having to waste his time with this! They've even let him pay with card AFTER HE GOT BACK FROM PICKING UP THE CASH. I can't be crazy, this is a trick right??

Staff was rude, food was horrible, then when I take my food back to tell them they messed it up I stand there for at least 20 min and finally tell them nah just give me a refund I'm not gonna have someone spitting in my food or worse. Bread was hard as a rock and they literally tore a slice of cheese in half to put on each sandwich. Who does that? You're a billion dollar industry and you're tearing cheese slices in half to put on sandwiches? Def wouldn't take my dog there if I had one much less anyone else.

I ordered a lemonade and tea together and they didn’t say anything about they couldn’t do lemonade right now till we pulled up to the drive through . The girl didn’t even mention it when we was ordering …. The manger there is absolutely rude during the Halloween bucket season .

I must say, I have always enjoyed McDonald's food! So of course the taste was amazing in my opinion. Unfortunately though I had made an online order and it said it would take 15 minutes, but they started the food as soon as I arrived. The restaurant wasn't the most clean, I found a hair on the cup. One thing I must add is that the floors were sticky and it wasn't the most pleasant thing, I was also not a fan that I found a hair on my meal. Thank you for reading!! I would definitely come here again for the chicken nuggets!!
