The lobby smelled like Pine Sol. After changing rooms because the first was unacceptable, the room we stayed in (non-smoking) had a dirty ashtray on the bedside table. The tv remote didn't work, the bedside lamp didn't work. We got a replacement bulb from the front desk. When we pulled the bed out to plug in the lamp, mouse droppings were on the box springs and the outlet was faulty and unusable. The tub faucet leaked and a smoke alarm next door chirped ALL NIGHT LONG. No one at the front desk would answer our calls. Two tiny pillows on the bed--on my third trip to the lobby I was given replacement pillows. There was no hair dryer in the room. When I went to the lobby (my phone calls were not answered), I was told there were no hair dryers in any of the rooms. No coffee pot in the room. I complained to the front desk and they apologized, but made no offer to fix or take care of my concerns. And did I mention there was a roach in our bed?

If I could give 0 stars I would. As soon as I opened the door there was a roach on the phone by the TV and there were several on floor in bathroom and in dirty shower! Staff was nice and gave me a refund but it's still unacceptable to expect people to sleep with roaches!

I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels, however this one takes the cake on just how bad it can be. Rooms are dirty and when I went to the bathroom I had an exposed fan that was filthy with dust and spider webs. Along with this, it looked as if all the dirt was swept behind the toilet. In conjunction with that the paint was chipping onto the bed and the room reaked up urine and smoke. Our AC unit even made it worse. As far as beds go, you basically get a pack with springs jabbing you in the back. I ended up sleeping on the couch hoping I wouldn't get bit by anything. The location is great so It has that going for it, but that's about it. The staff is beyond rude and unhelpful, I ended up locking myself out of the bathroom and the front desk woman simply told me that "there's nothing for we can do, just use a paper clip and hope it works." Along with this we asked for my blankets and the woman who clearly had keys next to her stated that we'd gave to wait for room service to get more in the blankets. All in all, stay away unless you absolutely have no other place to go. I will not be coming back even if you paid me.

My stay here was below par. Found 3 cockroaches. Woke up with some little red bug on my shirt that could have been bed bugs. Shower is so used it is stained brown. Couldn't tell if there was rust or poop stuck on the toilet. Woke up the next day with mysterious bug bites. sleep at a homeless shelter before paying for this run down, junkie city, hotel

Place has roaches. Is filthy, dirty. The receptionist are unruly, disrespectful. They wouldn't refund my money after 5 minutes of being there. I requested my refund after Roaches Greeted me when I opened the door to my room SCARED ME AS THEY FLEW TOWARDS ME. I IMMEDIATELY REQUESTED REFUND. They refused I called police they said was Civil matter. I called repeatedly for the manager who avoided my call. Now I'm call Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I'm going to try to not be dramatic so i will just state facts. Upon entering my "suite" i noticed there was no light bulbs. Went downstairs to the office to ask for light bulbs but had to wait my turn for the front desk clerk was arguing with a crack head. After getting light in the room i noticed there wasnt a TV. The front desk let me know that it was stolen so they brought me one two days later. My two small kids wanted to go swimming but alas, the pool only had 1 foot of putrid water in it. The linens were all soiled so had to get "fresh" ones. After asking for another room they explained that i was "lucky" to have that one. Cigarette holes all over the place... Did i mention the toilet was clogged and had to wait a day for them to fix it? I dont know how else to save one of you people from staying here besides writing this. After leaving the hotel bith kids got sick. I'm lucky we didnt get scabies or a bed bug infestation. It really needs to be bulldozed.

My parents and I stayed here late may moving my brother out of his dorm. Immediately after entering the promised "No Smoking" room it smelled rank with cigarette smoke, beds were dirty, blood stains on the carpet, and we even found syringes in the corridor. My dad went out to go buy some shampoo and found 5 people standing around the front of my truck attempting to break into the drivers side door. Would not recommend even if it was free or cheap, stay somewhere where you know you'll actually be safe.

When we got to the hotel apparently the computer said the room was dirty so we had to wait for them to check it. The free breakfast was lacking. There were also ants everywhere in the food area. When we got to our room there was a cocroach behind the toilet and we were mauled by bed bugs. I Will NEVER stay at this hotel again
