Honestly, it's a solid place to rent at extended stay. Currently living at the Delta Inn for almost 2 full months. Overall I have stayed in 3 rooms. Despite a few needed repairs, the rooms I have stayed in were quite clean and fairly bug free.. I have seen and killed a total of 4 roaches in 2 months, no bed bugs. At less than $200 a week, its worth it in my situation.

The room was disgusting!!! It looked like it was under construction. The TV didn't work and when I asked for help no one ever came. The night shift guy was pretty cool, however the owner was super rude. I guess you get what you pay for when you're in a tight spot. That doesn't give anyone the right to be hateful. You sir should work on your hospitality.

I wish I would have taken pics to show you how low level this motel was. The weather is the only reason we stayed after seeing the room. I should have taken the offer to see the room first. There was only one outlet in the entire room which was where the mini fridge was plugged in so we could only plug in one phone charger. There was a ceiling light on the wall in between the beds, very odd. There wasn't a second lock, one only accessible on the inside, and there was enough gap in the door that someone could have easily broken in. The only positive things I have to say are: 1. It was inexpensive. 2. It was clean. 3. No bedbugs.

The worst place I have ever been too! Yes it's cheap because the staff here are so unprofessional. The guests are very annoying and we're complaining way before we even got to our rooms after purchasing our rooms. Their were drawers missing from the drawers. The furniture looked like they were taken from the trash. It's cheap because u take home free rashes and bug bites . PLEASE DONT STAY HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!

If I could give this a -0 I would because Me and my friend came here to get a room and literally not even after 1 minute people started to complain that we where way to loud when we where only just walking up to the rooms! Then the rooms didn’t look clean at all and the front desk lady could have just called me instead of her making people bang on the door and yell cuss words at us to get the F out of the rooms!!! Then the front desk lady complained bc I wasn’t 18 when she didn’t tell me I had to be 18 to get a room she just had my ID and never cared!

I will never give them a star because they are the lowest motel in Waco I would rather pay for a room at the Sandman before I give that tramp Kathy my money she’s a two face pier. The owner needs a honest person in the office. She got mad and wouldn’t rent my son a room because the day before she rented him a room with no ac , refugees, no tv in it for the same price and I had to get on her about the ac they took they time fixing it came back today said they didn’t have rooms my husband called they did have rooms. I will be contacting the owner tomorrow I know him he’s from College Station and he’s never treated his customers this way I rent at the Super8 when I go home to visit. Rating for Kathy is 0

Delta Inn Bellmead TX is a motel I stayed at for a short time during a living transaction in my life. They have daily, as well as Weekly Rates that are reasonable. The Staff was very welcoming. I liked that they have friendly maintenance and housekeeping that keeps the place nice for them. Having a store in the office was a big help on several occasions. They are also conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. The people were nice, I'm glad I found the Delta Inn.

I love it here, because all the other motels. We've been to were not good. But the manager or owner he has been so good to me and my mom. Staff has been nice kind and friendly really respectful employees they also have chips drinks microwaveable. And ice cream and a few other things and the maintenance man is very friendly sweet kind and respectful person also the price for the room is great and reasonable.

The front desk Lady Cathy was rude and more focused on her computer than dealing with customers

Their weekly rate is the cheapest you'll find anywhere. Walmart, several popular fast-food options, liquor, and HEB all walking distance. My room was dirty when I checked in, but the housekeeper came in and fixed it with no attitude. I still had to clean it myself, but no raoches, the a/c blows cold, I can smoke in my room, Walmart I can live with that. Oh! You will hear loud music on the weekends lol. Enjoy!

The floors will turn your feet black so wear shoes as soon as you get out of the shower. A shower is available because the tub has no stopper. The bed is more like a cot than an actual bed but will work in a pinch. The wifi don't count on it

I paid for a month. The price is great but some things needed repairs. Overall the room is great but you can hear the noise from the freeway and people outside at night talking loudly and making noise. Gotta Wear ear plugs at night to sleep good

Cheap, which is both a pro and a con. Property is poorly maintained, police were out there several times, and one officer recommended a change in accommodations because of how dangerous the motel is. The staff is nice though.

Owner is super nice but the rooms are outdated by far. Other guests aren't somebody who I'd want to talk to.

Extremely cheap lodgings all the way around. Everything functioned, except the bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived. Good water pressure and impressive and lasting HOT WATER in the shower....which were both nice surprises!! Seedy, Sketchy Patrons. And NOT a place for children, or teenagers! No frills. I have to say that I have NEVER EVER before seen a hotel room WITH ONLY ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET! Also, the lighting around bed did not have any supplemental outlets, or USB charging ports. So, The TV, and cable box used every available electrical plug in the room. If you need to charge cell phone, any accessories, flashlight, etc OR use a hair dryer, curler, straightener, iron, steamer, vaporizer, fan or ANYTHING ELSE that required plugging into electrical outlet, YOU WILL NOT HAVE TV STATIONS OR TV while other device is plugged in, AND YOU BETTER BE PATIENT AND GOOD AT JUGGLING devices in/out!!! Also, the one electrical outlet in the room is on bedroom wall underneath the TV, about 4 inches from the floor! Good luck curling, styling, or using hair dryer, etc on your hair...since you will be on the floor about 10 feet away from the bathroom mirror!! But overall okay given the cheap price.
