am
complaining
today
at
3:15
pm
about
your
receptionists
(
two
girls
on
the
front
desk)
because
they
are
not
cooprative
with
us
me
and
my
mother.
First
of
all
my
mother
already
subscribed
to
your
gym
two
days
ago
and
of
course
paid
all
the
money
for
one
month
so
as
her
daughter
i
came
along
with
her
so
i
can
help
her
while
she
swims
in
your
pool
so
we
asked
if
i
could
try
your
facilities
mainly
the
pool
because
i
have
also
problems
in
my
neck
and
back,
and
if
I
liked
it
i
will
subscribe
but
after
they
fix
the
pool
which
means
after
10
days.
They
immediately
said
no
in
a
rude
way
and
told
us
i
must
pay
15
jd
to
use
anything
in
the
gym.
They
told
us
you
can
pay
15
and
if
you
liked
the
gym
you
can
subscribe
and
we
can
deduct
the
15
from
the
fee
which
is
80
per
month.
I
told
them
ok
i
will
pay
15
and
i
will
come
back
after
10
days
so
the
pool
will
be
ready
after
maintenance,
they
immediately
said
no
in
a
rude
way
and
told
me
you
should
subscribe
in
the
same
day,
and
they
know
i
wont
come
by
if
i
subscribed
now
because
i
will
only
use
the
pool
and
the
jakoozy
for
medical
problems.
Now
i
am
reconsidering
subscribing
to
your
gym
after
this
incident.
I
hope
you
will
resolve
your
problems
with
your
staff
so
your
rating
wont
be
affected
by
me
or
other
customers.
