Dears the coaches are not helpful in the morning shift, and they are setting together chatting about weddings and dresses and when i asked them shall i do the exercise alone because this is my 2nd time, she told me do what ever you remember, really!!! And what about if i did the exercise wrong??? We are customers and paying money for at least minimum help + happy face + attention + active environment, the night shift way better than morning, sorry for my review but this is my opinion hopefully in future this will not happen and I don’t want anyone to get back to me to satisfy me, just let them do the job for all customers

I am complaining today at 3:15 pm about your receptionists ( two girls on the front desk) because they are not cooprative with us me and my mother. First of all my mother already subscribed to your gym two days ago and of course paid all the money for one month so as her daughter i came along with her so i can help her while she swims in your pool so we asked if i could try your facilities mainly the pool because i have also problems in my neck and back, and if I liked it i will subscribe but after they fix the pool which means after 10 days. They immediately said no in a rude way and told us i must pay 15 jd to use anything in the gym. They told us you can pay 15 and if you liked the gym you can subscribe and we can deduct the 15 from the fee which is 80 per month. I told them ok i will pay 15 and i will come back after 10 days so the pool will be ready after maintenance, they immediately said no in a rude way and told me you should subscribe in the same day, and they know i wont come by if i subscribed now because i will only use the pool and the jakoozy for medical problems. Now i am reconsidering subscribing to your gym after this incident. I hope you will resolve your problems with your staff so your rating wont be affected by me or other customers.

Very bad management. I went with my mom and sister did our nails then went to pay but instead of charging us 24 JD each they added 6 JD for each which was total 30 JD for each one of us. And when we asked why? they said coz each one of us took more than One and a half hour to finish. Will if the girls who do the nails are so slow then that’s not our problem and this is disrespectful to Deal with good customer this way. When I go to a place like that I except good management and expect to be Treated good since we are good customers. They are very Materialistic.

I had a bad experience with their management, they asked for extra 20 JODs just to change my subscription!!! Their attitude and lack of communication is a Fail comparing to the amounts of money they charge people. Never going back

Very bad service over priced I tried them last week again very bad service I wanted manicure a be pedi. So one girl was assigned I spent 2 hrs and 40 mins She kept the acetone for hour on my nails to remove the gelish and now my nails are fragile and started to break

I would like to share my experience in this place! The center looks good in services “which I didn’t check “ and I was so excited to be a member but, unfortunately the front disk girl” Nesreen” was unprofessional with me, I expected to have a small tour with her to view the services, instead she asked me to check it by myself in poor communication and I respectfully way! which I never had in similar places as fitness and spa centers. Ward w hareer, should take my review in consideration as it’s to revise their future customer but loose them.

i had a pedicure , the staff are really friendly and the lady ( her name is Joline if i remember correctly ) she is experienced and very professional. very clean spa and the ambiance is great . prices though are a bit above average

Worst treatment I face in my life in a spa, after I was accepted to sit and the girl started with my nails the receptionist after she let me in...came and told we can't serve you why are you open then??! If thats how you treat customers I'll never go back again

BADDDDDDD!!!! The receptionist is very rude and stupid! The hairdresses was so bad at everything she did, she washed my face with my hair, she did a different haircut that the one i showed her and kept trying to convince me that its the same as the picture, they hustled through drying my hair and everything was so so so bad

The best coaches and the gym atmosphere is very beautiful and includes all activities which is helpful to achieve your goal body .

Is a good salon. It's exclusively for women only and they provide all kind of beauty services except for eyebrows which is really important.

I went to the salon, it was good didn't try all their services but heard really good things about the nails there.

Elegant, and comfortable spa and gym. Ladies only.
