I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The first floor is beautifully decorated and very clean, with a charming little terrace for guests to relax and enjoy a beverage. The rooms are also clean and well-maintained, with recently remodeled bathrooms that look fantastic. They understand the needs of the guests, upon arrival (before check-in) I dropped my luggage at the reception, when I returned my luggage was in my room. What truly sets this hotel apart is the complimentary goodies in the room, making the experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Sami at the reception was incredibly helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to make my stay memorable, even gifting me a lovely magnet of Petra. I would totally recommend this hotel, especially given its convenient proximity to supermarkets and restaurants, and a manageable 15-minute walk from the bus station and the entrance to Petra.

During my first trip to this magnificent country of Jordan, I stayed at the Petra Plaza Hotel. Do not hesitate to come to this hotel where the staff is attentive and always smiling. The room is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Its location is ideal for quickly going to the Petra visitor center. To finish, the breakfast is complete, varied and offers the possibility of discovering some specialties. THANKS

We have never known a welcome like it! Such genuine warmth and friendliness. It was a perfect start to a memorable experience. The hotel itself is sumptuously furnished with some beautiful touches. Our room was lovely with lots of tasty treats waiting for us, like sweets and fruit. The bed was really comfortable with the softest sheets I've ever slept in. All in all it was perfect. We would love to go back one day. Thank you.

Very nice hotel with super kind staff. Rooms are very clean and nice and have everything you would need. Lots of complementary snacks and fruit baskets. The staff even offered us souvenirs from Petra when came the moment for the check out. Not expensive at all for the service. Staff kindly advised us on the best way to visit Petra without us even asking and explain everything in details to make sure the visit went smoothly. 10 minutes walk from Petra visitor center. We would recommend 100%.

We loved the hotel because everything was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was super attentive and helped us with all our questions and requirements. Additionally, the location is fantastic, within walking distance of the entrance to the Petra site and numerous restaurants. We found parking very easily near the hotel. We highly recommend it and we would surely repeat it.

Great stay in Petra, staff is amazing. I had a great experience with the reception staff during my stay, everybody was super friendly. Rooms are big and spacious. Maybe not that close to the entrance of Petra, but apart from that everything was great!

The staff was incredibly friendly. Loved our stay here and a short distance walk to the main city centre and a short drive to Petra. The breakfast was great as well! Thank you for all the free snacks and drinks in our room :)

Everything was perfect! This is the place you want to stay in after a day walking in Petra. Staff is nice and caring, rooms are clean and comfortable. They welcomed us with fresh apple juice and gave us complementary water, soft drinks,chocolate, snacks and fresh fruit. They called us in the morning to make sure we didn't loose breakfast, which had plenty of choices with sauvery and sweet combinations. Absolutely loved our staying. Highly recommended!!
