Everything EXCEPT the room were decent, including the scenery and locations around the resort. The room smelt of food and was very hot, due to there being only 1 ac unit. The service was terrible, and you had to pay extra for a view at the desk, that wasn't mentioned on the site. The restaurant in the hotel was also bad, as the table had many stains and food scraps left over from the previous customers. They also tolf us last minute that housekeeping was going to take another hour. So just go somewhere else near the resort, because everything except the resort rooms were pretty good.

Great family experience. They have solid restaurant choices on sight, indoor convenience store, spa, and gaming center. Great access to public transportation to visit Juwangsan National Park. Most staff are not bilingual, but we got along just fine with the Google translate app. They were very accommodating. Highly recommended.
