This place has you complete your order on an order form at the table so don't look for a waiter after they seat you. You need to figure it out as there is not a lot of English instruction. It's clean and the kitchen can be seen from the dining area The food is good and presented well. The sauce that was poured over the beef was very spicy by any standard. Fair price and friendly staff. There is a tripping hazard at the top of the stairs to look out for.

I have been here multiple times throughout the year 2021. It is great honestly. I have taken friends there and went on a "romantic outing" there. I have even had the unpleasant but reassuring experience of bringing a rude friend or two with me and still received the basics: amazing service, fast service, careful catering, amazing food, affordable pricing great drinks, comfortable seating, they even have a place for families and children sectioned off so you won't have to be concerned with it. I highly recommend!

The restaurant was clean and presentable, the customer service was great. It's somewhat unusual to write up your own order on the slip, but it also seemed to prevent any confusion. The food was great, and was presented well. I ordered the 2 pork steaks, and the american cheese pasta. My friend had 2 types of pasta, one was served in bread. I was able to try some and it was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant for a nice date or gathering for business or a get together with friends. Everything was reasonably priced, so for good food, nice setting, without destroying your wallet, Raracost, is a great place to go.

The food here is good (as other patrons have mentioned) but I have noticed on multiple occasions that American patrons don't receive the same level of customer service as the local population does. I've waited 10-15 minutes after I completed an order (and the restaurant wasn't busy) to be waited on, and literally watched other people get seated and their orders taken while I was still waiting. In one instance the lady got her food before me (and we ordered the same thing) and was there almost 20 minutes before her. The final straw was me again waiting 15 minutes and there was only me and another person already eating before I walked in...th was literally NO ONE waiting and I watched the employees look at me talking so I got up and left.

This place is legit. If you're in South Korea and you're in Area IV, this is you're go-to, gotta have it, jonesing for the real deal where you can cut it up like grown-folk spot. Everything I ate and grabbed off my mate's plate was delish. It's worth the hike, I promise you like.

Great food, not a fan of their deepdish pizza but that's simply because I don't like sweet potatoes. My favorite is their bread bowls, wish that you could make all their pastas into bread bowls though.
