12/7 - Shelby, (appliances), was very helpful to me when I inquired to purchase a refrigerator. She was very informative in answering my questions about the appliance, warranty, purchase options and pickup. I didn't have any questions or concerns when I left that day. I tried to purchase the refrigerator on 12/8 with the assistance of Bob but he told me I had to wait 24 hours after receiveing my temporary credit card. I had to come back 12/9 to purchase and pickup the refrigerator. Shelby was able to have Amelia at a register to help finish the purchase. Jimmy was very nice and helpful in loading the refrigerator in my truck. Thank you all very much. This is my first "adult" new appliance purchase!

I always enjoy a great hardware store and this is a great one where you can find almost anything. Friendly staff but they aren't the most volunteering to help. Unfortunately, I had to take away a star after dealing with the foreign call center I was transfered to in order to get my washing machine fixed. I scheduled an appointment, waited all day on the designated day (scheduled time was 8am to 5pm), no one showed up, I contacted the appointment call center again two days later since it closes at 6pm and I was busy, they expected me to hunt down the service provider myself to find out what happened! I did not pay extra money to do that kind of legwork for my service plan. Aside from the language issues, I originally got a man who refused to get a supervisor and put me in a hold loop which ended up hanging up on me. Very poor service from a once high standing company as Lowe's.

Nicely stocked and super clean Store. One of the larger store layouts. Aisles were nicely marked as to what was in each. We had never shopped here prior, but with great signage we were able to get in and out fast and back to the jobsite. Very friendly cashier. Huge selection of mowers and grills outside. Easy in and out of parking lot with larger truck and trailer.

I went to Lowe's today to get a few items walked up to a cashier named Amelia asked her for help, and she told me that their store system was not set up for what I needed, that some of the other stores maybe, the way she treated me as if she did not wat to help me, that did not sit well with me, so I went to the customer service department and he was so patient, he took time to type everything in the system and everything processed and I was able to get my items I needed. I went back to the cashier Amelia and told her that the card did work, and she told me that customer service can type things in, but in self checkout they can't, and she had an attitude toward me after i told her that it did work. my problem is when I first asked her she should have told me to go to customer service department.

I am sharing this review because I want to start a new home project but frustrated that Lowes is the primary home repair store for this area...... I have had several occasions where this company dropoed the ball with my projects. I ordered a customized door for a home project, paid the bill in full upon placing the order. The door arrived for pick up the 1st time damaged & needed to be reorded. The door arrived the 2nd time for pick up damaged & had to be reordered AGAIN! After waiting an additional month, the door arrived the 3rd time for pick up damaged! Despite all of the issues with the aforementioned project I moved forward with another home project attempt. I planned for 6 or more months on a kitchen remodel (that never got accomplished) the person that was handling my project moved to another department where no one else ever made contact with me to complete my project. For a month, I called, left messages & emailed the original sales rep (along with the replacement rep) for an update on the project but no replies. After calling the store & speaking to a store manager I was told that someone would contact me. I was emailed & informed that we could move forward with the project but at this point all trust in this company has been depleted. Disappointed......

Our Lowes has definitely been improving in the past few months. After having some very bad experiences with employee services, I was about to give up on Lowe's, but the past few times, I have needed various hardware items,I have had knowledgeable employees who knew exactly where to find what I needed and were both helpful and friendly.

Excellent selection and great prices are two of the best reasons for going to Lowe's. The customer service is top notch and if they don't have it you either don't need it or they can get it... Lol

It was a good trip to Lowe's. Has to get someone some screws for a project they were doing and the amazing employees and customers helped me find the exact ones I needed and explained what all the coded numbers means so next I I need some screws I know what to look for and what kind I need depending on what project they will be used for.

Blake who works in the garden section helped us find items we were looking for And he was awesome. He was patient, kind, and very friendly. We waited with us as we contemplated on what we needed and provided us with a great customer experience. Would very well recommend him to help you with anything even if it’s not garden related.

Heather and Amber where amazing! I was having some issues checking out up front with a set of christmas lights and they swooped in like super heroes and fixed the problem. Thanks Muskogee Lowe's for having such wonderful and helpful employees.

Huge shoutout to Muskogee lowes they didn’t have any kid kites so they let me get one that they sell for free to make it up and they all where all super helpful

Don’t try verifying anything by phone. The website product availability is often inaccurate and verifying by phone is impossible. In 5 calls no one answered or if they did, the phone was picked up, laid aside and never answered even though 2 of 5 i listened to the flooring counter employees going about their business in the background! We’re heading to Home Depot 30 additional miles away. That’s regrettable but true.

Lowes store does not price match advertised website price. Went in to Lowe’s to purchase ceiling light as listed on Lowe’s website at $59.99. At store, price shows $69.99. I went to counter to purchase and rang up at $69.99. I showed cashier my phone Including bay and slot light was located in their store. She advised me they do not price match their own website nor do they give military discounts to veterans. Who doesn’t support our veterans???🤔 As far as customer service in this store, they are always willing to work and help you. Paint department service is awesome. But don’t fall for their online price- It doesn’t match in store pricing. Netta in customer service is the best, thank you

Lowes is my stop for garden soil to fill my raised beds and other misc. pots. The Sta-green is 2cu.ft. bags and has the lowest price I've found. It like 7.48 or something, but I've been buying it for many years now. HAPPY PLANTING

I’ve called 3 times and no one in hardware picked up the phone so the call was redirected to the service desk. The first time, the lady transferred my call back to hardware and when I was redirected back to the service desk cause no one was answering, she hung up on me. I did it again twice more and each time I was transferred to the service desk she hung up on me immediately.

I asked for help in the plumbing department I was told to look for somebody in a camo vest who never showed up (after 20 minutes) then when checking out I was asked if I found everything alright. I said no and the cashier just made excuses for why I couldn't be helped. Instead of trying to help me or find someone that could. I have a few rent houses here in Muskogee and I'm here every weekend and I hate shopping at this. I do my best to avoid coming here but inevitably there's always something I need while I'm working on a project.

They're on. Just need to hire people that know their department. Someone that don't have customers purchasing the wrong stuff for whatever improvement they are doing. Maybe a skilled trade for that department!!

I think they’re trying to do better but still hard to find help. There was a guy in plumbing that was really helpful. Their self checkout is less than desirable and always a wait at any checkout.

They have everything you can imagine and then some. Friendly employees. Helpful with questions. Great store!

Had to get paint supplies and wallpaper remover…my friend and I found what we asked for help finding and cracked jokes with the staff. Made for a good experience. Staff was all superb. Can’t wait to go Muskogee Lowe’s again tomorrow, seein that’s how my trips seem work.

The older I’m getting the more I like this place! Great store usually have what’s needed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Jesus in flooring he the man. Give him a raise Lowes he deserves it!

Purchased a dryer got home didn't work. Called Lowes the store 5 times no one never answered. Took dryer back to store and Customer service clerk was very rude and nasty. Would definitely not recommend lowes in Muskogee. Terrible service.

Hard to find store help. And a lot of items they always seem to be out of stock on. This is a great opportunity to hire/train and keep things stocked. Hoping for a quick recovery of this once great store.

Love going here i always find some pretty great stuff. Usually have good customer service they will help you find anything you need help with. If you are doing home improvements this is where its at they have about everything you need.

Store was a little dark inside. Seemed like there wasn't enough lighting. Narrow isles to get around in. Had to go outside and walk the parking lot to find H carts to put our items on. On the plus side, Rhyan and Hunter were great helping us get things loaded and pushed to the pro desk. Hunter even helped me load all our items.
