Super appreciate how fast our drinks were made considering it was busy. The baristas were patient and kind with my kids which is always nice. Highly recommend tips for baristas here.

Worst experience in a long time and this is the first time it happened from Starbucks Ewa beach drive through. I order a tomato mozzarella sandwich today 09-09-21 from @Starbucks and tall hot chocolate and when I opened the bag I was so disappointed and upset because this is not what I usually see when I ordered previous sandwiches from this store. This sandwich seems old and mishandled. The hot chocolate is not hot at all like it’ supposed to be. I don’t feel like eating the sandwich coz it looks gross 🤮

There are two Starbucks in this shopping center. One inside of Safeway and one drive-thru across the parking lot from Safeway. They are always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Service with a smile!😊

Fast quick and not too loud. I just have a problem with the wifi like if I'm not browsing on online it disconnects until I refresh the page a couple times. Came back. WiFi worked this time. Drinks came fast and the brownie was warm and moist.

It's Starbucks. Cleaner than others, and staff is friendly. Morning crew is pleasant. It's the neighborhood coffee shop. Seating for those who want to work or chat with a friend is usually abundant.

The shop is clean and airy, good service, bad drinks, green tea smoothies are all crushed ice, no scent of green tea, and bland

Nice cozy Starbucks with bar lounge area, which is rare for Starbucks. Multiple power outlets and another bar table area. Good diversity of staff and quick service although their drive thru is very busy.

Great staff..warm and friendly. Expect a little wait due to the coffee shop's popularity.

Anyone can pour coffee. Howard Schultz began a different experience that was not a vending machine. This location removed the food display and subtracted seats. It should be a drive through only or return to what Starbucks intended. This is my least favorite Starbucks of the entire chain in 30 plus countries.
