The portions are generous and made to order. You order at the counter and it is delivered to your table. Take out is also available. Best pancakes - not dry. Vinha D'ahlos is a favorite that isn't found at many places. As a moco, twice as good!

I would suggest the Vinha D'alhos omelet with fried rice on the side. Imagine pork adobo, but fried. It's ah Winnah (winner)! Come with an appetite, if not, ask for a to go plate 🤙🏾

My 1st time here picking up our order, Very Clean, Lot's of parking, Easy To Find and the Employees were very nice. My family and I got the family pack with Scrambled eggs, Buttermilk Pancakes and Fried Rice and it comes with Bacon, Sausages. Extra syrup on the side. Everything was soo good, we all enjoyed it.

I’ve done a review on Koa house before on Goggle but it wasn’t linked to my phone when I changed it years ago so i guess i will do another one. We’ve been taking out here for as long as i can remember. I always get the same thing. Short Stack Chocolate Chip Pancakes with a side order of Bacon. The pancakes are good, and depending on who’s on the grill that day, the chocolate 🍫 chip count varies but I always get a satisfactory amount in my stack. It usually comes with two containers of butter and two containers of syrup but they forgot today which is a first for me. I was nice to give four stars because my order is usually perfect and people make mistakes so I understand. But if you don’t have butter and syrup like I did at home im sure you would not be happy at all so check your condiments along with the order BEFORE you leave the establishment. The Bacon 🥓 is on the greasy side but cooked perfectly so use paper towel to blot the excess oil off. My husband always gets eggs over easy with white rice along with either SPAM, bacon or Vienna sausages. He chose Viennas today. Along with hash browns. My mom usually has their “Sweet 3” but she is in Straub recovering so next time she joins us i will include a pic of that. She loves it. So I recommend that as well. Call in for Daily Specials they have that day. Phone orders are quick and easy. Parking can be very hard during busy hours so plan accordingly. Koa’s is a Wahiawa favorite breakfast stop so come by if you haven’t yet and support local!

Food, oh my gosh it was amazing. Ube pancake was subtly sweet (the way it should be! Not overly sweet like at yogurstory) even had chunks of ube in the sauce, amazing. Loco moco was also, very good. Any local would be happy with those portions, price, & seasoning. My husband's vinha d'ahlos burrito was so good I never got the chance to take a bite before he finished it all. Keiki had no complaints about her choc chip pancake, but I could see it was super light and Fluffy. Only complaint I have was after we finished eating we realized we were never given a reciept. When going up to the register to ask for it, the gentleman behind the register made me feel like I was being a nuisance coming up to ask for it. I also felt like i was being a nuisance to the person that originally took our order because as we were eating the forks and knives kept breaking in half. (Utensils in pic is what was given for the food on the table.) One fork even broke in my 4 yr olds mouth. so, we asked for replacements, and she looked around our table with a "for what?" Look on her face, but she still went and got us ONE fork. While we were asking for our receipt, she also made a point to say multiple times OUT LOUD that we didn't ask for a receipt in the first place (finding the receipt took awhile.) Right below the register it says "if you didnt recieve a receipt, free breakfast plate on us! :)" when my husband noticed the sign after the fact and pointed out that we should get a free plate, she made a commotion about us not asking for it in the first place before walking away. Luckily the older aunties stepped in at this point. Food was good, but never going back. Even to go get our "free plate."

Great restaurants with so many choices. Customer service is great! Food was fresh and delicious. It wasn't too busy at all for it being a small restaurant. There was plenty seating.

I like this restaurant if I'm looking for a quick breakfast! Plus their serving is pretty big! I can't even finish the whole plate😅They serve different kinds of omelets like seafood omelet, spinach bacon cheese omelet, meat lover's omelet, etc and you can partner it with any starch you want: rice, pancake, toast, home fried potato or hashbrown!!! 😊 They serve lunch food as well, I believe it's at 11am. and the typical bacon, link sausages or port sausage + egg + rice. then for those with sweet tooth, they have sweet bread french toast (blueberry, strawberry, banana), then crepes and waffles as well! Next time I'm gonna try their new Ube pancakes and those red velvet pancakes! ☺️

Ordered 2 grilled ham and cheese sandwiches. One sandwich had 1 skinny piece of ham and 1 skinny piece of cheese in a white bread. It wasn’t grilled or toasted. The ham looked like 1 piece of Canadian bacon which they put in a pizza. Very very skinny slice. Meat wouldn’t cover half of my bread. My other sandwich was toasted with 2 slice of skinny ham and 1 small skinny cheese.I paid &15.00 for both. Rip off. They wanted to go home. Cooks in back was in hurry to close.

Koa makes the BEST pancakes I’ve ever had!🥞 Chocolate chip, blueberry, red velvet, and strawberry cheesecake were all so yummy!😋 The Portuguese sausage and fried rice were also delicious. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Easily one of my favorite experiences in O’ahu!

Visited on 7/10. This was our second Koa of the day as the first one was super busy and ran out of Macadamia Nut Pancakes. Hubby was super bummed. The auntie at this location made sure she took really good care of him upon hearing this. Large portions. Everyone enjoyed Hubby's fluffy pancakes with coconut syrup.

We visited Koa Pancake House on a Sunday for brunch. They were busy but not overly crowded. Very clean restaurant with fast service. The food was really good. We loved the omelette and fried rice. I would not recommend anything with strawberries though. They were very mushy and not what we were expecting. Overall a good experience and we look forward to going back.

Used to have really good food. Not any longer. Asked for hard fried egg whites, potatoes and hash. Got a mushy mess. Sent it back once, still mushy but at least potatoes somewhat browned. Didn't want to send it back a second time, so I tried to eat it. No go. A total waste of money. I would have been better off at McDonalds ( ...and I don't like McDonald's) Save your money. They will apologize profusely, but not worth the money.

The food was good. The gentleman taking our order seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Maybe he wasn’t having a good day and i get it. It happens. We made sure to still show kindness. I’m still giving it 5 stars because everyone else was nice.

Casual family dining, great food, hefty portions, friendly staff, a menu as culturally diverse as Hawaii. Koa Pancake House should adopt the motto. OH, I love that place!"

Stopped in for breakfast on the way to north shore. Large portions and cheap prices. Denver omelet was tasty and pancakes were good. Overall nothing special but a simple, quick place to stop on your way up north.

Ordering online is so easy and the order is ready as promised. Would be nice if they had a couple of pick-up parking stalls since parking can be a challenge at peak times. Food is great and reasonably priced. Service is always efficient and friendly.
