I LOVE this place! 😍 My boyfriend introduced me to this place (back when they were on Kapiolani; they have since moved and upgraded their space) when we got our first couple’s massage here, and I had such a great experience that I have revisited multiple times since, and subscribed to their VIP annual membership program. Joomi, the owner of the spa is a lovely and talented lady who started the business 15 years ago. She’s developed a loyal clientele and I can understand why! The VIP membership is SO worth it - you get a free massage for your birthday, a free treatment after you get 10 treatments of any kind, and you get $30 off every service (AND they have special deals where if you purchase 10 of the same treatment with an upfront payment - you’ll get 2 additional free treatments). The prices are very fair, even without a membership (as of time of review), and they use QUALITY Korean and American products - gentle and effective. I love the heated beds, the hot towels, the hot stones, the hot-and-cold muscle relief gel, the beauty machines, and the essential oils. Their massages have significantly improved my shoulder pain, and their facials leave my skin healthy and glowing (photo below is post facial with zero make up/filter)! I’ve brought my friends and family here, and will continue to get my monthly pampering in at JJ Spa for as long as they are in business and as long as I’m around.

I had a couple massage with my husband today and it was AMAZING! The Masseuses were very profesional and sweet. The place is clean and relaxing. 100% recommended!

My boyfriend and I got a couple's massage at JJ Spa using a Groupon deal. The establishment was clean and we were both extremely impressed with our massages. The pressure was perfect and the ladies knew exactly where our knots were and helped to loosen them! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good massage!

My husband and I went in for a couples massage. His was amazing, and mine was pretty good, too. Next time, I should be more specific about what areas hurt so they can work out the knots like they did for him. I'd definitely go back, but let them know that I want a deeper pressure massage

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but it didn't seem like the masseuse was well-trained. I asked her to slow down because she was massaging very fast, pressing on my bones, and causing pain — and not the good kind. I eventually asked her to stop, intending to leave, and they swapped out for another therapist without really speaking to me in between. Luckily, she was better and gave me a great foot massage, but also told me off for requesting more pressure and a slower pace because "that isn't their signature massage." Overall, I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I would go to one of the student clinics in Waikiki any day over this place.

Great massage! Professional and affordable (groupon) has a special for couples massages under $100. They have tea and water after the massage. Walked in with sore back and shoulders and left feeling like I was walking on a cloud.

Great clean place . Skilled massasu and facial technician will refresh you completely! Price are great affordable. Facial also cleaned my tired skin she gave me extra anti age care I am so appreciated great owner like her! Massasu sunny and Sumiko are someone know what they doing my injured back feel way better until I get there I couldn’t move well but after 2hrs massage my back felt way better ! Anyone come to hawaii please don’t go to hotel spa they are over priced plus they don’t have skilled massasu like JJ has!!! I guarantee!! Also they have Japanese speakers good for someone want speak Japanese! Reasonable and good price spa is hard to find ! Better make appointment thou ! But they are flexible also !! Must try ! Clean too . Warm massage table relax you !

I've only had 2 massages in my life but this was amazing!! Licensed professional ladies. Very nice and accommodating for a couples massage while my husband and I were on vacation. We used a Groupon and weren't sure about the exterior of the place. It is in a little strip mall that looks somewhat older and in a small upstairs space BUT I would definitely go here again. Great value and at least 1/3 the price of massages in Waikiki which probably aren't as good. My husband wants to go back :)
