Apartments are in a great location and the management staff is very nice and helpful. Maintenance works hard to keep the complex clean and looking pretty! Only downside is the ridiculously loud leaf blowing three times a week in the morning. I wish they would get some silent/quieter ones.

Management has always responded in a timely fashion regarding anything that needed addressed or rectified.. The replacement of the communal Appliances. Enforcing the Guidelines and Protecting the Community as a whole from the improper use of The Dog Park. Putting our health safety first. We appreciate the emails that inform us of the current work, situations and upcoming activities on the property grounds. We really feel connected to the Management Team.

Teshira and Joey are excellent! After living in Yacht Harbor Towers (Locations management company) and paying twice as much but having every appliance break on us and having to wait months for replacements, Moana Vista is a breath of fresh air. When we report something broken, we get action within 1 day. Price is affordable plus we can have pets. Our neighbors are friendly and community-oriented. It’s wonderful to be able to sit under the trees in the little ‘backyards’ and relax. Very happy with this apartment complex!

The location is great for people who don’t have vehicles and the price is OK if you get a studio. The price you pay for a 1 bed room which says 1750 online but it’s actually not, is the same price you can pay for a nicer one bedroom in the area that even includes a washer dryer! If you just need something fast and you arnt picky then this would be it! The landlord tried her best (Dena miklos) to be attentive but 5 times out of ten she won’t pick up the phone or respond to an email till days later OR when you walk up to the office she is usually gone. The appliances in the apartment are very run down. When we moved in we were supposed to write on a list everything that needed to be fixed but I got excited since it was my first place and didn’t and realized that ALOT of things were messed up. My sink drain doesn’t even work , my towel rack in the bathroom broke from me just talking my towel off it, the toilet seat was broke so it shifts when you sit, the wood for the doors are SO run down and old that me opening it after a certain amount of times started to not hold the door anymore so it drags on the ground. My lightbulbs were out in my room and in my living room closet. AND it doesn’t stop there, for some reason moanavistas water wasn’t working for G building and she failed to inform people till way after the fact. I couldn’t even do dishes. THEN lastly my fridge that I had looked and was told it was fine WASNT fine and all my groceries that I bought for the week SPOILED so we had to get McDonald’s or just not eat certain nights since we didn’t have enough money. So it’s a lot of things to consider but for first time renters especially young folks like myself, it’s not completely bad BUT if you have time to look for other apartments PLEASE take your time as I said I found much better ones literally 6 min away with more amenities but same price AND nicer.

Property manager Dena has always been outstanding with us - we always feel safe and at home here! Coming up on finishing our second year here and looking forward to a 3rd!

Dena is a great property manager. She’s very knowledgeable and keeps the property in great shape. I enjoy living here and most of the people are great neighbors.

I love our apartment. Cozy, convenient, close to Waikiki beach and Ala Moana. Teshira and Marisa are incredible managers - responsive, friendly, kind and attentive. I am very happy at Moana Vista. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place close to the beach with great managers.
