    Good store to go to for your pets needs. While they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for today, when I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff and asked if I needed help finding anything. I took a stroll around the store and found it to be clean and well maintained. Beware though, if you bring your puppers in here, there are LOTS of treatos!! Spoil your pets!!

    Petco is amazing. If you want to adopt a kitty they even have adoption clinics. If you need tips how to get adopted pets to the mainland just let me know.

    App is always glitching or stating that my dog’s food is out of stock in Kapolei. When I go into the store they always have ample available. Because I am constantly having to purchase in store I don’t get my credits on the app towards a “free bag” of dog food. Doesn’t seem very beneficial to have the app if the perks of it don’t work. It’s nice to get a discount every once in awhile since my dog’s eat the Orijen brand.

    My fur baby had a wound on her tail, but the cone the vet provided was not working. The person helping me that day was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and suggested something that was so much easier and more effective

    Cashier Andreana rang up my order under the wrong account and then tried to blame it on me because I confirmed the wrong email address to receive my receipt via email. But had I not asked to receive the receipt by email I would not have noticed until maybe getting to the car that it had been rung up incorrectly- which has happened to me before. I spend much of my hard earned money at Petco and it’s upsetting to not be properly utilizing rewards due to cashier error. Also, to blame the situation on me for confirming the wrong address is preposterous. If she would have confirmed the account when she began the transaction (which she did not) then the whole thing would have been avoided.

    Jada was great as always. : ) Aaron was unable to apply my vital care rewards and assumed I had opted for a lower tier program. I Had to spend extra time getting my rewards accounted for on my account. Aaron was unapologetic for the inconvenience when I called to explain afterwards. He called the vital care team “big fat liars.” He Was not educated on current vital care benefits.
