Started coming to this office early 2021 up until we moved. The staff was amazing the entire time and every visit we had. I’ve always been nervous of going into dental offices and they made sure to always be kind and thorough with anything we needed done. When it came time to get my braces Ms.Irma was the absolute best. She walked me through every step and filled me in on all/any information needed. She kept in contact and continued to make sure i was taken care of when treatment was needed at any point. She was always very kind and overall an amazing person to be around!

Awesome experience. Darn near fell asleep during the exam. Easy to schedule and best customer service from the ladies at the front desk. I am grateful this place was recommended to me and I recommend it to all others.

I want to say a big thank you to this place and the people working in it. Recently, I had a surgery in Los Angeles which left stitches in my mouth. My dentist advised me to go to a clinic in Oahu to have the stitches removed after two weeks, as the procedure is simple and quick. Today, I called Gentle Dental Makakilo. They scheduled me for an appointment on the same day, and Dr. David quickly and painlessly removed the stitches. The best part is that they provided this service completely free of charge. It may be a simple procedure, but it still surprised me and was very pleasant. Thank you so much!

The office was all I expected in professionalism. The staff was pleasant and efficient with a smile. With my high anxiety was to have a great experience with my dentist, Dr. Zant. He was more than professional. He was personable, kept checking on me while working and even made me laugh. And I can tell for certain I've never done that in a dentist's chair. Everyone from the front office, to the dental hygienist, Janice, to Dr Zant, they were all warm and friendly. You could tell the office was busy, but Dr Zant made it a point to ask how my day was, ask if I had any questions or concerns, and made sure I was heard despite how busy they were. I felt like they all worked well on a team, and it was nice to see others helping out. I'm very happy I found them!
