If I could give this store a -5 star rating, I would do it in a heart beat. The manager was very rude and lacked customer service skills. I've been shopping at Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy stores throughout the USA for years and I had NEVER encountered such hostility. So much for Hawaiian hospitality!! This manager needs to eat prunes or more fiber and go back to get better training and a better attitude!

I love this location the staff is always nice the store is always organized and clean. I pass up two locations to get to this one I love it here.

I went shopping today with my children & our shopping experience was awesome! The staff we encountered was very nice, but Brandon went above & beyond! I think his tag said he was a “lead store manager.” Brandon was very nice & professional. I appreciate how helpful he was & I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. The store itself had plenty of items in stock for my kids. I was also able to get some items for myself. Old navy (in store) can be hit or miss with sizes being in stock, but I was pleasantly surprised.

We came in 10 minutes before closing, and they made us leave saying that they had already closed. I asked if they were closed at that time (7:50) and they said that they were. I checked Google and it said that they close at 8. So I called them just to make sure and asked what time they close, and they also said at 8. So I was a little confused and asked why I was asked to leave 10 minutes early. They responded saying they had a lot to do. I totally understand that, but as someone who works at retail, you close the store once it’s actually supposed to be closed. Even if you have a lot to do, which in my store I always stay several hours later, because the work I need to get done shouldn’t be put on customers and have their shopping time taken away. As I had explained this to them, she said that they already closed the cash registers. I asked why they would close the cash registers so early, and she literally just said I’m sorry and hung up on me mid sentence! As someone who works in retail and fast food and understands the environment, this is in now way an acceptable way to treat a customer!

Old Navy has always been a good deal for clothes for me. They tend to have good sales and give out coupons out the wazoo if you sign up for their email list. The quality of the clothes here is hit of miss, but you get what you pay for. The store itself is clean and organized and the staff is generally helpful and friendly.

They had some women's tank tops in diff colors. I needed some to go w/ my leggings, they were on sale for $4, yeah baby! I got 5😉 I got 2 leggings, 1 was $1.49, alright, love those mark downs☺️ I always hit the sales area first. Always has somethg I can use🥳 Aloha🌺
