If you are looking to get away from it all, like just you and the beach, then this is the spot. It is very out of the way. Just a porta potty for toilets and run down looking shower and picnic tables. Which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. It's not really a swimming beach, but a "let's take a solitary walk on the shore and gaze out into the ocean" type of place. I'd definitely go back if I just need some time to think and meditate.

Mesmerizing Moments at Mokuleia Beach, Where Sunsets Cast Their Spell! Mokuleia Beach is a true gem that boasts not only breathtaking sunsets but also an atmosphere that feels like a true escape from the everyday. The sunsets themselves are nothing short of magical, painting the sky with an array of colors that words can hardly describe. However, a word of caution for fellow beachgoers – the currents here can be strong, so it's important to be mindful and stay safe while enjoying the beauty of the beach. Despite this small consideration, Mokuleia Beach remains a place of wonder and natural beauty that captivates the heart and soul. Don't miss the chance to witness the enchanting sunsets that make this beach truly extraordinary.

As a young child my grandmother loved coming here as a family to camp. Theres bare dirt now when it once was just sand and shrubs. However it still beautiful.

Beautiful beach! We went on a winter day just to waste time before airport, lots of surfers were out, there was a monk seal just right there in front of us (we didn't get close, and later learned from a sign at a nearby beach that they're endangered, so keeping distance is good), and there are portable bathrooms in the lot.

It a great place for swimming if you can get one of the little sand coves. If not, its pretty rocky. We did a little snorkeling and seen a good amount of fish and even 4 turtles just 20 feet or so from shore. There were quite a few kitesurfers hat wee fun to watch and they have some showers and porta potties

Great intimate spot to bring the family! Just past Wailua and across of Dillingham Air Field. Marked parking stalls, bench tables and seats for bbq's restrooms, and showers! Just clean up after yourself so others after you can enjoy.

Decent little beach park in a relatively secluded part of the island. Lots of parking and grass room for family BBQs. The beach its self is very rocky and there's really no shade here.

Watched wind surfing tonight it was so cool watching. Then on January 20 after the raven's & Texans football game we went to this beach to see if we could catch fish on my hand tied jigs. And the following photos is what we caught. All fish caught and released back to the ocean.

Really big waves in the winter time. Everyone will tell you that the waves are really big in the winter time and they are definitely not a calm ocean. The sand on the beach was nice. lots of grass in the park area above the beach. There were thorny weeds in the grass. Lots of birds. The beach was really pretty.t Park was mediocre.

Nice quiet beach on the North Shore. Heaps of parking but few other facilities. Take a dip on a calm day or just relax in the sun. Watch the kite surfers having fun on a rougher day. Dillingham Airfield is across the road so make a day of it and go skydiving ( hell yeah !) or gliding ( for something more relaxed but still fun). You can watch both from the beach.

Excellent beach for watching windsurfing and relaxing. Far away from everything, great beach for locals. Not a good swimming beach for small children but good for scuba in the summer. Waves can get pretty big in the winter so stay safe! Update:. Still awesome, if you go swimming be mindful of the windsurfers. Probably 40 of them on the water at once at times and it can get wild!

Ultimate vibes. Some of my favorite moments in hawaii happened on this beach. Not much I can say other than go check it out yourself and bring friends and have an unforgettable time

Secluded beach, no shade. Had some small tide pools but would probably be covered once the tide came in. Saw two local fishermen when we arrived but they left shortly after. It was fairly windy out which made the water choppy. There was no one else on the beach but a wind surfer showed up right before we left. It was neat to watch him for a while. We were told it gets busy on the weekends.

Amazing beach, good for kite surfing. No restrooms just porti-johns. Local parking, never very crowded.

Beautiful beach. Not many people here. We fished during low tide and caught fishes! Recommend!

Great place for rest and relaxation solo, or with the family. Be careful of water conditions, it can get rough and dangerous, especially if you're not familiar with the area, or not a good swimmer.

Beautiful and uncrowded. Good beach for swimming. Please note that this is a clothing optional beach though when we were there, the folks without clothes were on only one particular section of beach. This beach is at the "end of the road" on the North Shore with no amenities.

👍👍 I loved this beach because it wasn’t crowded! It is so fun to walk across! There is a little body of water down the beach where you can swing on a rope or look at little fish. There was even a jumping fish! More down the beach, past the rocks are some mansions. This is a great beach to relax on or g...

👍👍 The customer service here is awesome! The husband and wife team are very kind and very helpful.
