The
reason
that
I
stayed
here
was
because
it
was
more
for
the
convenience
because
my
son
stayed
on
base.
The
conveniences
cost
me
because
two
weeks
later
they
charge
me
for
two
damaged
towels
that
appears
to
be
just
dirty.
After
they
charge
me
I
looked
up
their
reviews
and
they
do
this
all
the
time.
Trying
to
talk
to
somebody
is
a
joke
you
have
to
communicate
through
email.
I
had
told
them
that
I
wanted
the
towels
that
was
damaged
they
charge
me.
I
sent
my
son
back
over
to
get
the
damaged
towels
The
person
that
I
was
emailing
told
me
she
will
assure
that
I
get
the
correct
towels
.
They
gave
him
a
whole
new
set
of
towels.
The
pattern
was
totally
different
on
one
and
the
color
didn’t
match
on
the
other
one.
When
I
emailed
her
back
with
pictures
showing
that
that
they
gave
my
son
the
wrong
towels.
She
emailed
me
back
with
a
apology
saying
that
the
housekeeping
manager
are
really
busy.
How
can
housekeeping
be
busy
when
they
labeled
my
towels
with
my
room
number
and
date
that
I
checked
out.
This
is
their
routine
so
please
don’t
stay
here.
Some
of
other
reason
we
had
a
bad
stay
was
we
waited
over
a
hour
to
get
a
iron.
The
air
conditioner
sound
like
a
car
with
no
muffler.
The
floors
was
dirty
that’s
how
the
floor
towel
got
dirty
,
toilet
was
dry
and
kept
running
my
husband
had
to
fixed
it
because
nobody
showed
up.
