Unbelievably delicious meal and great service. Elegant atmosphere and I was impressed. Great booth seating. The NY strip was so flavorful. The mango sorbet was the perfect dessert to top it all off.

Their filet is awesome. I get it medium rare, the plate it comes on is 500 degrees, so I butterfly filet my steak and flip the inside into the plate and slowly eat my still cooking steak with a bit of added salt from the outside edges to the center. Best steaks around. My wife is gluten free and likes the steak with chopped salad and sweet potato casserole.

Excellent meal with top notch service. Started with a great Mai Tai and moved on to a Caesar and Steak House Salad and for the main entree we had a filet mignon that was so tender and a ribeye that was packed with flavor, juicy and so tender. Highly recommend this restaurant with such a wonderful staff.

The best BEST steak I’ve had in my life! And I’ve tried steaks from famous wineries in California and this just made it to the top of my list. Table service was kind and welcoming. When the salad was delicious and I am not a salad person.

My wife and I wanted to spend a night out at nice restaurant in Wailea. We got a shuttle from the Hotel Wailea to the Shops at Wailea and found Ruth's Christ Steak House without a reservation. There's a dress code for entry that I'd describe as business casual. This steakhouse prices are on the high side but it is certainly commensurate with a upscale establishment. The wine was superb and the steak/chicken cooked to our specifications. We'll definitely be coming back when we visit Maui again.

This is my favorite place to eat ever! My family & I always try to find a Ruth Chris when we travel and this one was in a perfect location with great shopping. Amazing service & of course delicious food. We celebrated my birthday a little early and go to enjoy some yummy strawberries (with rum and fire)!! Highly recommend dining here when in Maui!

Great steak experience in Maui. The daily "happy hour" - sizzling prime time (4:30pm - 6pm) is really good. It provided a starter, an entree, a side and a dessert with decent price. We tried both filet and ribeye, both tasted good. The service is pretty good and quick. We came here to celebrate birthday, they provided a complimentary fun dessert - strawberry with flames.

Came here with 12 others for a family birthday. the staff was amazing, food was so good, and the ambiance was awesome. we paid for a private room, but we were just in the corner of the restaurant, so it was a little awkward when someone gave a speech and the rest of the patrons were making noise. the food was so good but actually it was so much??? like i don’t understand why they gave us over 100 of one single appetizer?? i literally don’t know why they expected us to eat so much. i left the restaurant not just full, but so uncomfortably full that it was hard to walk home and most of us left almost half of our main course.

Best steak we ever had. The tomhawk was a beauty and everything else was stunning. Great staff who made the dinner a very enjoyable experience. Absolutely recommend if you are looking for a high-quality steak experience in Maui!

December 2023: I'm never disappointed at any Ruth's Chris. We had reservations for 5:40 but were able to get in an hour early. We had great service. This is standard at Ruth's Chris tho. Our primary waitress was Marylyn (something like that). She was an absolute peach. She was attentive. She didn't mind taking pictures of us and her other customers. If she did, she didn't show it. I did have to send my steak back. It was very undercooked. However, the chef read the ticket for another table. Hence, the mistake because I also ordered an 8 ounce and received an 11 ounce. Sounds like a win! The food was fantastic. Honestly, after the delicious fresh bread and a plentiful salad, I'm stuffed when my actual dinner is served. That's because the portion sizes are bountiful. They want you to crawl out because you're stuffed. No complaints here!

Had a Christmas dinner with my girlfriend and it was overall such an amazing time, arguably the best we’ve both experienced. It was our first time there and we were far from disappointed. All the staff were friendly but Brian our server, made our experience that much more enjoyable and pleasant. We had the seared ahi complimentary bread and the crab stuffed mushrooms for appetizers. Our sides were grilled asparagus and potatoes au gratin, our main was the cowboy rib eye and T-bone both with a truffle crust and lobster tail. For desert we indulged in a chocolate sin cake, crème brûlée, and flaming strawberries. Everything was cooked to perfection and would definitely recommend checking it out. Thanks again for such an outstanding and memorable evening we will be back again.

Perfect option for someone on a low carb/keto/carnivore. Steaks are all Prime grade and come ala carte. Shrimp and lobster are options to add on top. A really great idea for a carb free date night or celebration.

Best American steak I have ever had. Steve was great and was impressed by how he dealt with the regulars. I did over eat as the side dishes were even bigger than anticipated. Felt bad that I didn't give a bigger tip but apparently didn't bring enough cash.

It's Ruth's Chris. Home of the original 500° plate, this upscale steakhouse provides flavourful cuts at prices that match their position in the Shops at Wailea. While the meat was clearly of very high quality, I found both my ribeye and lobster mac & cheese to be overly salted. Granted, I did order the parmesan truffle crust, adding salty cheese to a salted butter on top of a salted steak, so this may be more of a problem with my menu selection than the actual preparation of the food.

I honestly couldn't imagine this place getting anything less then a 5 Star Review. From the minute you walk in, you're treated like royalty. Our had Jared as our server when we visited the Maui location. He was so polite, attentive and super friendly. My husband and I both started out with a salad. I got the green, he got the ceasar. You could tell immediately that these dressings were made in house. We both got the 8 ounce filet. His side was mashed, mine creamed spinach. I could eat that every day. I highly recommend a martini. I prefer a Dirty ocean vodka Martini and it was so smooth. The whole experience was so good, we're thinking of going one more time before we leave the island.

We loved everything about the restaurant. The staff was super nice,helpful, knowledge, attentive and efficient. Not to mention the food was AMAZING! Special kudos to our server Matt and Sue an assistant server foe theor hospitality.

The staff at Ruth’s always make me feel at home. Sanni served up their Sizzling Special which is a great value. It included salad, entree, side and dessert. She always has a pleasant vibe. The location is right next my real office in The Shops of Wailea.Marc the manager is always making sure the experience is great! Also always a pleasure talking story with my server friend Brian. When going solo I like to sit at the bar or if going with another the booths are my favorite.The New York strip steak is so tasty.

We had a great experience here. The food has excellent quality (probably the only decent meat we got in Maui), and it is what we expected. The staff is fantastic and the manager if even better. The manager went above and beyond when we had a minor incident with one of our plates; he not only fixed the situation but also ensured a positive experience. We will come back next year!

Wonderful! Great food! Great service! The family loved it! The additional flower decorations, wine-pouring, and dessert (in honor of our wedding) were all outstanding additions to what was already an exceptional dining experience. The hostess, servers, and other staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The patience with my party's decision-making process was wonderful, as well as the knowledge the staff had with the menu. Overall, I'd rate the experience a 10/10.
