You can Thai Mee Up any time! Seriously though, they have some incredibly delicious food & I can be somewhat picky. Personally, I like my food to be visually appealing & I need it to have flavor. Plus I like me some spice & they checked all my taste bud requirements. I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai & I asked for it to be spicy. They asked how spicy from 1-10. I said 10 & dang if you like the kind of spicy where you take your first bite. Your eyes light up because your mouth is pleasantly surprised. Then with each bite you can taste the fire on your lips & the slight burn going down your throat. The kind of spicy where after a few minutes your nose is running & your eyes are about to water. Even that iced Thai tea to wash it all down was hella delicious too. I’ll definitely be back to support this business & I’ve already called up my spicy loving parents because they need this in their lives too. Thanks again for making this dinner a memorable one.

My wife came to Maui from Illinois and we heard great things about the food truck park. We were not disappointed! I ordered the shrimp pad Thai and it was delicious. The portions are great for sharing. It cost me about $16. There's plenty of seating under the shaded structure in front of the food trucks. Also plenty of parking on the gravel lot. This located across the Cosco, you can't miss it. Go there straight off the plane and taste what Maui has to offer!

We needed a quick bite before heading to the airport and this was it! We ordered one of their specials: drunken noodles with scallops and shrimp pad Thai from the regular menu. We ordered to-go and ate about an hour later after we got through security at the airport. It still tasted amazing! The banana leaf was a nice touch and prevented the hot noodles from sticking to the bottom of the to-go container. We asked for hot sauce on the side. This is located in a food truck park so there are plenty of seats if you want to enjoy the food there. After we ordered we could definitely tell that this was a local favorite because the line was so long. Glad we stopped here before heading home!

I don’t remember why I saved this place but it was the closest food to the airport once you get into Maui. Idk if it was bc I was starving or it was just that great but I highly recommend. It’s in the middle of a food truck ally so you have options. But it was reasonably priced the food was great and it just hit the spot. It’s worth checking out but the winds there can be gnarly. It felt like the tent could blow over but you’re there for the food.

This is a must have, one of the best Thai food I have had from a food truck. We stopped by here after landing to Maui , hungry and wanted quick lunch. We had pad Thai and pad see ew. The rice noodles were freshly made, not chewy at all. Shrimp was fresh, noodles were charred perfectly in the wok. Too good. Highly recommend specially on the way to or from airport.

Let me just start with that we came here twice during our trip because the food was that good! It’s an absolute must stop. Show is crispy garlic shrimp and crispy ribs. We also tried the lemon grass chicken which was also so so delicious! You will not be disappointed!

My mom and I are avid Thai food lovers and ordered our go-tos. I ordered Chicken Pad Thai and Thai iced tea, and my mom got the Tofu Panang Curry and a Thai iced coffee. I enjoyed my food very much (but the Pad Thai is on the less sweet side). However, my mom’s Panang Curry tasted like ‘coconut soup with a hint of spice’ and the curry itself was a white cream color rather than the typical orangey red. Also the Thai iced coffee was tasty, but not super strong. The service was fast and the parking was plentiful. For me, this was a four/five star experience, but for my mom it was a solid one star because of the curry. Note: if you want to change the spice level, you need to ask about it

Got the drunken noodles with tofu and it tasted amazing! I was craving for something spicy and this was spot on. Very flavourful and delicious. Tofu was super soft and absolutely fresh. Felt the quantity was a bit less but so were their prices I guess. Will definitely come back to try other stuff.

In the food truck court East of Costco (not the one across the street). The garlic ahi tuna was delicious. Only thing that they could have have done better would be a slightly thicker ahi (we got another ahi dish at the truck next to it).

Such a delightful part of a quick trip to Maui! Delicious, fresh thai food. It's one of about 7 food trucks just 10 minutes or so from the airport. Worth a visit.

The taste of fried rice with chicken was okay, but not too much meat in general. The garlic shrimps were okay. You can order the food online in advance.

It's a pretty professional looking food truck right beside other ones that serve shrimp and seafood. The quantity is a bit small but quality is definitely good. We had pad see ewe, lemongrass chicken and chicken fried rice. Everything tasted good. Worth trying 👍

Delicious Crispy Garlic Shrimp and Chicken Pad Thai in the Food Truck Park by the airport…a must stop pre/post flight.

An absolute gem in Maui! We ate most of the meals on the menu because each dish was just so delicious! Friendly and quick service, won't break the bank, and each meal won't disappoint. Plus, the food truck park was never packed with people. Highly recommend a visit!

Ate here 4 times on my trip to Maui. The food was incredible. Starting with the drunken noodles 7/10 spicy, they were amazing. Also tried the ahi tuna bowl, the Panang curry and the fried chicken. You can’t go wrong, though nothing will beat those noodles!

It seems that Thai Mee Up used a nice quality coconut milk in their Panama Curry which gave it a nice creamy texture. However, instead of a vibrant red color that I’m used to in a panang, it had more of a cream color. It seems like they skimped on the curry as it just wasn’t all that flavorful. Love the creaminess of the coconut milk that they used though.

Was pleasantly surprised with the food. Everything was flavorful and the food came out pretty quick. We got pad thai w/ tofu (spice level 5), pad see ew w/ tofu, green curry w/ tofu, and garlic salmon. Personally, spice level 5 was a perfect amount of spice for me - just enough heat but not too spicy. The bonus with this location is that there is a covered area with benches.

Delicious food! Take note they will not do any substitutions whatsoever. If you want tofu pad Thai you cannot order it without eggs. You have to get the veggie pad Thai and you cannot add tofu to that. Can't even order a side of tofu. Also, you can't specify spice preference. Food was good but would have been better with more spice. Glad for the covered picnic tables in the rain. Porta potties and hand washing station available.

We stopped by the food truck stop by the costco. We’ve heard many good things about this place and it lived up to the hype! Juicy pork ribs and amazingly seasoned veggie dishes. Highly recommend this place if you’re hungry after you land. Quick note, the ground is just loose gravel so if you have a large suitcase, you may struggle a tad bit.

One of the best food trucks in Maui. We went there right after getting off the airplane, it was so good we went there again the next day. Fried pork rib: rich flavor, green onion and garlic cancel out the unpleasant pork smile. Lemongress fried chicken: the sweet spicy dipping is an important touch, chicken are tender. Garlic Ahi: Tender and perfectly cooked.

Good Thai food! The Shrimp Pad Thai was good, juicy shrimp and well flavored noodles. The Drunken Noodles were also good, but a little salty (a touch too much of soy sauce). Friendly and fast service.

Food: 3/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Overall: The food was standard fare in my opinion. The extended review... Food: Pad Thai with Tofu - 3/5 - This dish was pretty standard fare for me. Decent taste in terms of the base where it wasn't super sweet or sour. Service: 4/5 - Friendly service. Ambiance: 4/5 - One of many food trucks in this courtyard and it's nice that you are able to get your food and have a place to sit and eat.

Run your errands at Costco and stop by the best food truck lot on the island for loaded plate lunches. Located across the Costco gas station. Long lines, but they bang um out with their quick service. Tried a lot of their food on the menu and it never disappoints.

Was a bit disappointed, I come here regularly and this is honestly all I ever order. Garlic ahi, portions were definitely smaller than usually and fish quality wasn’t as fresh as it normal is. Overall it’s not the best (as it usually is) was just alright hence only the three star.

Amazing Pad Thai, every time I come I always have to get it, panang curry along with cashew chicken is always an amazing choice as well. Presentation is always on point, you can always taste the love they put into the food they serve! Never disappointed! THANK YOU THAI ME UP!

The best Thai food, especially from a food truck! Super fresh and excellent flavor! I had the Salmon (in the picture) and my husband had the Green Curry. We will definitely be back! Great service and prices too!

Let me tell you.. delicious! Everything was tasty, and the presentation was on point. Not to mention, great prices and convenient! So nicely priced that I got three things, to have some for later. This might be a top fave of mine, happy I tried it out.
