    Every time I try getting something at this location, I always regret it. The service is slow, and terrible. There were flies all over the display food and flying all over our drinks that they were preparing. The employees were sitting there laughing and talking to each other while taking their sweet time to prepare our drinks. One lady ordered two drinks & only received one. I asked for a water and they were trying to charge me, since when does Starbucks charge for a cup of water?!?!

    I just wanna share my experience, but here we go. i came there to grab a frap.. there was no line no people at all. There were 4 employees working there. As i wait patiently, line gets longer ive been waiting for 20mins and i was first one in line (there was no line before).. after a few moments the guy after me got his order. So i got confused, i was like "wait?" But decided to keep it to myself. Then suddenly another guy got his order. Then after that guy, i finally got my order with somebody else that was 4th from the new line. Not even saying im sorry sir, it took awhile i forgot your order. But nah she gave it to me like i just ordered it. It took 3 - 5 business days before i got my order.

    It’s definitely hit or miss at this location as far as quality of drinks. The staff is pretty friendly and they usually get a good selection of cups if you are into that. They don’t except loyalty, so you can’t collect stars or redeem offers so I will go to Mililani for that reason alone.

    I only go to Starbucks if there is no other coffee available. Over roasted, over rated and over priced. Last cup I bought was Luke warm

    Not impressed :( almost every time I order a drink with light ice they still give me barely any drink, don’t fill the cup up, or aren’t wearing gloves at all! I bought a new cup and asked them to wash it out because it was covered in dust and they rinsed it but weren’t wearing gloves and grabbing all over my straw and still didn’t fill the cup up. Wish the cleanliness were better and you didn’t have to ask over and over for them to fix things.

    Fortunately most people do not have access to this Starbucks - it is the worst on the island. Unfortunately it serves those who serve the US and that is a disgrace.

    Always out of SOMETHING all the time. I try new things and it’s always “I’m sorry we don’t have this, I’m sorry we don’t have that.” Poor management and poor supply ordering from a spot that should be a in and out stop for us. Plenty to say but I’m sure they get these enough.

    This place is hit or miss with drink consistency and I always do a mobile order because I know they get busy. I waited 30 minutes for my drink that I placed through the app while the people standing in line that ordered (10-15 minutes) after me had their drink much faster. I do the mobile order to make the process faster but clearly that isn’t the case at this location. I’m not sure the process they have with orders but whatever it is - it’s not working. I’ve decided I’d rather leave schofield and go down to coffee farm or even drive thru joes to support locally owned shops that make quality drinks and faster and friendlier service.

    First time i went here, i reloaded my starbucks app but ended up not being able to use it because she said it doesnt scan & she can’t explain the problem is she just ask me to give a diff payment method. Second time i just order ahead thru app, but didnt get what I exactly ordered. No caramel sauce & caramel drizzle & didnt put extra milk. My recent visit, I ordered again thru app but they gave a Wrong size, they just put the drink there and didnt bother to tell us that they dont have the trenta cup ( we are there already when they put the drink ), i told them about it.. and the same lady i had bad experience with just said “call the app and ask for a refund” so ended up waiting for 20-30 min to call the customer service, instead of her just offering maybe an extra smaller size drink just to cover up what i paid for 2 trenta size. ( the drink is not also correct, no extra shot && again no caramel drizzle & syrup ). I mean we paid for those extra’s so we should get what we paid for. i never had this bad experience in other starbucks location. they're very approachable but this location is a no no. I work in a customer service too, so i know how things works. Communication is very important. You cant just decide whatever you wanna make to the customer. You cant just give a wrong size cup, knowing they paid for a larger drink.

    The staff is terrible aside from the one tall Asian guy that (sorry can’t remember his name). His customer service is amazing, however the other employees act like they don’t want to be there. The cashiers as constantly messing up my orders and the baristas act like it’s a hassle for them to have to remake the drinks they mess up. Their attitudes are despicable and I don’t care if they close all the other ones, I won’t be returning to this one. Yesterday I ordered a venti chai latte with cinnamon and was charged over $8 for it and given a grande. When I said something about it, they tried to argue with me about the price. I pulled up the app and typed in The exact same drink and it came up to $5.95. I said I wanted a venti and to be refunded for the overcharges to which the cashier and barista argued and told me I owed an additional 80 cents to upgrade to a venti instead of a grande. Almost $9 for a chai latte with no inclusions?????? I refused and demanded what I ordered and my refund for the overcharges and a printed receipt which I was told they couldn’t go back and print. This is when the guy stepped in and fixed my issues himself while the other employees asked as if I was begging for free stuff and offending them instead of asking for what I PAID for at the CORRECT price… Typically I order like 3 or 4 drinks with cake pops or other food items at one time and never really pay attention to the total and refuse the receipt but NEVER AGAIN!! Their attitudes and services are absolute trash and I now suspect that someone look into their accounting practices. Everytime I’ve gone in the past something has been wrong but it’s been small things so I let it go but no more. Today they get the rating and review they truly deserve. What’s even worse is that people have warned me several times before about them but I gave them grace because most of the time, the mistakes were small one like blending when I asked for it not be blended or not putting a drizzle or topping on my order (and I didn’t go back because when I noticed I was already in route to my destination). Worst Starbucks ever!!!! Might have to join the boycott Starbucks train now.

    Waited 20min for my mobile order, when it was finally ready, they made the wrong size, and when they went to "fix it" it was still wrong and tasted horrible. Save your time and go to Starbucks in Mililani, faster service and better quality.

    Second time going here and both times my order was messed up no milk or cream in my coffee and tea. When I clearly said I wanted it and also no sugar. They were too busy joking and giggling behind the counter to pay attention. I had to go back out buy my own cream and milk for my orders. Thanks but I’ll go off base for now on.

    Your typical Starbucks, always line . Never had a messed up order. They tend to keep their products such as their mugs and stuff in stock. Always looks clean. I did notice the other say tho, there was a manager that was being super rude to one of the customers, I'm honestly surprised the customer didn't say something! I couldn't believe it because in the 3 years of being here I've never saw someone as rude as that one manager. She was pretty awful.

    Wow, if you like spending $8 for coffee that you can make at home for $0.75, then this is the place for you! Feel free to just say small, medium, or large, as their sizes listed don't make sense if you translate them.

    This location has great customer service in regards to them being friendly in the morning but CONSTANTLY makes my drink wrong no matter how much I emphasize on how I want it made. It’s gotten to the point where I’d rather drive the extra 10 into town to get my coffee from a different location.

    Nope. Tried to buy a simple cup of brewed coffee that they couldn't seem to get above room temperature. I only had a small amount of cream put in it, so that wasn't making it cooler. After second attempt, I left the cup on the counter and I'm now out $3 and have no coffee. The manager was right there when I complained about the first cup. The second cup had exactly the same problem. I mean I get it if I'm buying a cup of coffee from a Chinese restaurant and it sucks. But come on all you do is coffee.

    Order grande pike coffee and it was cold. They put sugar without asking. They made another coffee but it was only 1/2 on my cup. It's really not a value of that amount. Never going back again!
