i
went
here,
i
reloaded
my
starbucks
app
but
ended
up
not
being
able
to
use
it
because
she
said
it
doesnt
scan
&
she
can’t
explain
the
problem
is
she
just
ask
me
to
give
a
diff
payment
method.
Second
time
i
just
order
ahead
thru
app,
but
didnt
get
what
I
exactly
ordered.
No
caramel
sauce
&
caramel
drizzle
&
didnt
put
extra
milk.
My
recent
visit,
I
ordered
again
thru
app
but
they
gave
a
Wrong
size,
they
just
put
the
drink
there
and
didnt
bother
to
tell
us
that
they
dont
have
the
trenta
cup
(
we
are
there
already
when
they
put
the
drink
),
i
told
them
about
it..
and
the
same
lady
i
had
bad
experience
with
just
said
“call
the
app
and
ask
for
a
refund”
so
ended
up
waiting
for
20-30
min
to
call
the
customer
service,
instead
of
her
just
offering
maybe
an
extra
smaller
size
drink
just
to
cover
up
what
i
paid
for
2
trenta
size.
(
the
drink
is
not
also
correct,
no
extra
shot
&&
again
no
caramel
drizzle
&
syrup
).
I
mean
we
paid
for
those
extra’s
so
we
should
get
what
we
paid
for.
i
never
had
this
bad
experience
in
other
starbucks
location.
they're
very
approachable
but
this
location
is
a
no
no.
I
work
in
a
customer
service
too,
so
i
know
how
things
works.
Communication
is
very
important.
You
cant
just
decide
whatever
you
wanna
make
to
the
customer.
You
cant
just
give
a
wrong
size
cup,
knowing
they
paid
for
a
larger
drink.
