The fact that they have discounted prices for military families is awesome. The staff was also really helpful, but gentleman, don't go there with your wife. I reduced one star because I was stuck listening to my wife and the employee talk about random stuff for a long time, would recommend a bar and recliners for the guys.

Very friendly staff and they are super helpful with ideas for things to do with smaller keiki (under 3). We had a great time planning our vacation, and really enjoyed the activities we were recommend. We have used ITR at least 6 times in the past year. I will use it as often as possible for all our ticketing needs!!

They never answered the phone and I called them multiple times over a 3 day span

Super helpful staff. I've been several times and have booked several things through this office. Mana, Cheryl, and Mary helped me out big time when I accidentally made a booking error. Always quick in and out. Thankful for all their help.

The power kept going out so we could not get what we wanted and we had to change our plans. A backup generator would help solve that.

NO REFUNDS! Be absolutely positive you have your dates and attendees set since they don’t offer refunds. Which is interesting. But besides that, the office is fantastic, they have everything on island, on other islands, and on the mainland. The prices are fantastic, there’s a noticeable difference and no tax. The employees were very attentive and kind. I was able to book everything I wanted. Be warned that it’s best to go in person, the phones are never answered. Current hours are 10-4pm

By far the best on base MWR experience I've ever had. No wait, the agent was so fast and I was in and out in 20 min. No joke. Definitely know what you want to book beforehand and you will be in and out so fast. This place beats the Hickam office by far!
