Extremely poor customer service. We were in the drive thru and before we left we checked our order and informed them we were missing one value fry. The first lady listened to us repeat the same thing 3 times and then proceeded to just walk away after we told her it was not in the bag. Another lady came to the window and again we repeated our order 2 more times and said all we were missing was a value fry. She then asked to check our bags as if out of all the things we ordered a value fry would be the thing we would lie about. Extremely poor service.

Horrible customer service the female manager fussed at me for being charge for fries I didn’t order. The food all was cold I purchased 3 meals. She told me to bring my food back and I was all the way at home. She told me she couldn’t do anything unless I came back. Her attitude is nasty I been in mililani my whole like 36 yrs I will never support this jack in box again. Rude, reheating food, cold food and speaks in different language. Worse drive thru experience ever takes forever. I wish I could give 0 stars.

No line for a sunday, but drive thru was a little slow and there was only 3 cars in line and 4 cars parked. Fries were already cold and so was my burger when I got home which is 5 min away. Not sure about Jack's philosophy of ' we don't cook it til you order it' but the items were sitting so dissapointed

Our sandwiches was awful!! The sandwiches was old and soggy. The sauce on mine was dripping in the package, and everything tasted as if the burgers were sitting in the warming bins all day. The food should be fresh, and it shouldnt matter what time of the day it was! Took a bite with disgust, and in the trash they went!

My son went to the drive through and order Double Bacon sourdough Jack..The first thing my son heard from the order speaker..”We’re all Out”😳How the hell your out..No Patties!!🤦‍♂️So why is it still serving and open😳This Jacks is a Joke!!.So they serving Curly fries and drinks only.

Horrible quality, every fried item has the flavor of old dirty oil. All fried items are warm at best. Burgers are dry and look like leftovers re heated on the grill Gross all around, never going back to this one

waited 10 minutes in the drive through to order even tho there were 3 total cars, went for the new munchie meal that is plastered everywhere on there store and menu, they said they didn’t have it at all,when it came out like yesterday. went again today to give them the benefit of maybe they jus sold out but again had the exact same experience, never going to this store again,one thing i forgot to mention. i called at least 5 times 10 minutes apart to see if they had it today before i left and they never once answered the phone. horrible experience

Clean atmosphere, a nice surprise to find very fresh greens in a generous large chicken salad. A plus today is it wasn't crowded, probably because it's a rainy day. The kid cheeseburger meal was a perfect size serving, perfect for small older senior adult eaters 90 years and older. Comes with a large soda pop drink. We instead opted for hot coffee in the chip.

We waited in drive thru line for over 30 minutes just to get to the window to nasty attitude from cashier. My kids nuggets were dark has if it were leftovers they refried so of course they didn’t eat it. They also forgot our 2 orders of tacos not worth going back at all.

In my opinion Jack in the box Mililani is way better than Wahiawa,the food is more fresh.Tacos and the fries are crispy,not soggy and stale like always from the Wahiawa location.
