First off, I rarely review on google but I had to take the time to shout out this place. We came here solely on the fact that the place had amazing reviews and one of the best sushi spots on Kauai. Needless to say it was absolutely correct. This place blew us away. It started with the staff, EXTREMELY friendly and sweet. Our sushi came out in a timely manor and was extremely well presented with little flower details. You could tell the sushi was fresh and it tasted amazing. Hands down some of, if not the best sushi we’ve ever had. It’s hard to believe that it was made in a food truck. If you are looking for incredible sushi on Kauai, you must stop here !

Delicious, high quality and such friendly owners/staff. A nice selection of rolls. Great quality tuna, and a really nice presentation. They have a nice seating area set up to enjoy your sushi as well. The Godzilla roll was really good, but the regular tuna roll was simple and even better in my opinion. Highly recommend!

The best sushi in Kauai is sold out of a food truck, not a formal restaurant! Five stars for Kauai Sushi Station! The reviews on Google and Yelp are high for a reason. Friendly service, the presentation of the sushi is better than what I’ve seen at expensive places and the food is exceptionally good. I had the Fire Dragon Roll and I’m excited to try more rolls with the spicy tuna. I’ll be back as often as I can.

This was a great sushi stop on our trip to Kauai. The fish was fresher than the sushi at another local sit-down restaurant. There's a good variety of roll options, and the 4 rolls we tried were delicious. It was so good the first time we went, we had to return on our last day right before leaving. The service was amazing. The lady who took our order was very kind, she addressed us by our first names and remembered us when we returned. The seating area is very clean despite the many chickens running around and provided ample shading. The music they provided was also a plus. I highly recommend stopping by this food truck on your trip out to Kauai.

Wow! The food trucks in Kauai continue to impress me. I got drawn in by the great reviews and man, Kaua'i Sushi station lived up to the high expectations. Super fresh fish, beautiful presentation, and pleasant seating arrangements with shade and calming music playing. We got the Golden Tiger roll, fire dragon roll, and pink salmon rolls. We loved all 3! Even my brother who in general "doesn't eat fish", had multiple pieces of each and liked them all! Highly recommend!!!

I cannot express enough how amazing the sushi and the service was here... I was nervous before I got here because I've never had "food truck sushi" before... But OMG this was literally the best experience ever... If you have a single doubt in your mind... Throw it right out the window and go get this sushi... You will NOT be disappointed!! Everything was fresh and tasty and very reasonably priced for sushi on the island... And the staff was absolutely amazing as well! Super nice and again... Just amazing all around!!

Absolutely Loved loved loved the sushi here is so good, deliciously made with love. Very few sushi places are so fresh and delicious.HIGHLY recommend that you stop here and eat . Excellent food and atmosphere 😍❤️ Thank you !

Literally THE BEST sushi I have EVER tasted. (Out of a truck?!? I know!!) The service was quick and the lady was adorable and friendly. Well worth the price and trip across the island from where we were. Wish we would have came sooner so we could eat here again. Highly recommend.
