I was so happy to find a place to get certified after my doctor said they were sympathetic but couldn't help me because of policy. I called and spoke with Ivy and she made an appointment time to meet me and answer all my questions (I had a lot!). She is very nice and I wish she was my regular doctor!! I had to fill out some forms for the state of Hawaii but it wasn't too much and the whole appointment took about a half hour. When I was done I was told to wait 5-7 business days for my card to be sent in the mail. I got my card yesterday!

Ivy is an amazing provider. She made me feel non-judged and she was very understanding. The process was fast and she was very thorough through the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her.

The whole experience was so comfortable and convenient! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them. After I booked the appointment I had a lot of questions about the process in Hawaii (I had had a medical cannabis card in another state), but someone from CertiCann called me that same night and was super nice and answered all my questions. Ivy was wonderful, a pleasure to talk to, and was very knowledgeable and reassuring about the process. My appointment took about half an hour and was very convenient for me! I should receive my card soon, and I will definitely be using CertiCan again in the future, and highly recommend them for anyone with a qualifying medical condition.

Ivy was a great understanding person as for my diagnosis. She helped me go through the difficulties I had with my application as well, talked through me about seeing much more help, reason being because of my diagnosis might be much more serious if so. But overall the care I had from her made me feel that I was not alone in this. Thank you!

Ivy and Robert were such a sweet and incredible help getting certified. They handled all the paper work for me, all I had to do was chat on the phone a few minutes and meet up with Ivy for an in person interview. She shed so much light on my condition and gave me recommendations for further treatment. She also was very informative about how to go about treatment once I am certified. My experience with CertiCann was amazing from start to finish! I made my appointment easily online through their website, and the morning of my appointment was contacted by Robert. He helped give a lot of great information and listened to my medical troubles to determine if medical marijuana was right for me. Really wonderful and pleasant man to talk to on the phone! Next step was going to the office to visit Ivy, and that was wonderful as well! Easy to find office with tons of parking, and the facility inside is clean and modern! Ivy was professional but also warm and comforting. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and gave informed and assuring answers. I left the office feeling very hopeful for my new treatments and how it would improve my quality of life :)
