This place is horrible with poor service. My co-workers and self were all exposed at work. We were here at 7:30am and I am writing this at 9:45am while I sit in my car and still wait for a human to speak with. They tried to say that we shouldn’t get tested when we were exposed on Mon, Thurs and Fri of this week. Then they tried to charge us $150 each even though it should be free. Then unlike other places that can look up your insurance info. At 9:15 am they said oh we can’t find you in the system so you may need to come back later. I provided the info. And now 45 minutes later am still waiting while I was #12. The forms you fill out are numbered but don’t ask me why people at the back of the line already got tested. 2 more of my co workers pulled up and were turned away because they ran out of tests and it’s not even 10am. It’s also super empty yet no one is being helped. Oh great- 30 mins later and I get a call asking if I still wanted the test? WTF….as I continue waiting in my car.

Horrible. Waited 3 hours to be seen. Woman who assessed my wound DID NOT ha e any ID or credentials. I asked if she was the physician on duty to which she replied YES. I questioned why she didn't have any ID, badge, any form of identification. She then says she's the nurse. A LIAR !! This is absolutely absurd. She seemed to not have any experience at all. Also she said we don't prescribe any medications....as I needed something for my pain management. This place is a joke. FRAUDULENT medical facility. DONT GO HERE. Recommend going to a real ER at a hospital with real physicians.

I am in Hawaii for work and guess I picked up something on the plane. You never know what you will get at an urgent care clinic. The care I received was great, though. The nurse practioner Nolin was thorough, knowledgeable, smart, and caring. Wait was about 20 minutes, and there were maybe three people there before me, so very reasonable. Really glad I came here and not the ER.

Last day of my holiday, from Canada, and got a staph infection on my foot with fever, couldn't walk and tremendous pain. Dr. McNamara and the clinic staff were lovely and very attentive and work with travel insurances. Was in immediately with all meds and crutches under 30 min. Thank you so much! MAHALO Aloha Michelle

I came with a deep, torn wound from a surfing accident and received such great care here! NP Lina (sorry if misspelled) stitched me up professionally, gave great instructions on what to do next, and was overall super knowledgeable. The nurse helping her cleaned my wound very well and her bedside manner was outstanding! I’m healing very well thanks to them and was lucky to receive such great care.

One of the worst medical care experiences I have ever had. Waited two hours for an appointment then the service providers did not have the dye necessary to complete recommended test. Doctor was also rude, avoid this place if you can.

My toddler son was a walk-in, and this accepted us pretty fast. It did take the doctor about 40 minutes to come in. As far as the customer service, everything was pretty positive, the staff was very pleasant and made my son feel comfortable. I would return.

Still waiting 1 hour 35 in and the thing is I was the second person in the building and I was put last. Why is that the only thing I can see is I’m the only Mexican person here so why am I being discriminated against? I already seen 3 other people leave and 4 others been helped before me

Brought my daughter in for care of sudden fever. Have been here before with excellent service. That did not happen today. We were the only ones there and still waited 20 long minutes to be seen while my daughter was shaking uncontrollably in the waiting room with 104 degree fever. I walked in the back area multiple times and no one was around except the receptionist who also didn’t know where anyone had gone. There was loud uncensored rap music playing in the patient rooms even though they were still open to families. Finally the MA came out, attempted a covid and flu test but only swabbed one side for 3 seconds. Tests were both negative because not done correctly. They sent us away with nothing. Had to go to the hospital to get accurate tests and diagnosis. Not sure if they changed management but this is not the same place we’ve been to in the past. Based on this experience we would not recommend.

NP Kim (did not get her last name but she lives in Kailua) and her staff were wonderful. I am an old guy and cut my wrist requiring 15 stitches. I arrived alone holding a compress on my arm and they saw me immediately to assure me that I was ok. They all worked together and created the best treatment experience that I could have asked for. I could go on and on and I offered to make a Christmas donation to a charity of their choice. They of course turned me down which is why I am writing because I know someone on the other end of this email CAN do something for them! Please do! Sincerely Carl Jordan

Their X-ray equipment is horrible. I would not go there for a chest x-ray. I wound up having been x-rayed twice only to have to be sent to another facility for the X-ray. It is now the next day and I still don't have any results. I was given antibiotic which is good but I don't want to take it unless I know I have pneumonia I don't want to unnecessarily take antibiotics. I'm also not happy that I had x-ray radiation twice there and then of two X-Rays which again at the other place. Excessive radiation and medication should not just be given prophylactically. Not the best!

I don’t usually leave reviews but, Urgent Care in Kapolei exceeded my expectations. Great service, welcoming atmosphere and all-around a wonderful experience. Highly recommend going here for your medical needs. 5/5

The convenience of this clinic was perfect. Open on Sunday and everyone was so nice and professional. Adrian and Megan were awesome. Megan put me back together so i could enjoy the rest of my vacation!! Would recommend highly.

Unfortunately got a bad cold during my vacation in Ko Olina and this was the closest urgent care. I guess I was lucky because there was only one person ahead of me and the wait was minimal. All the staff including the girl at the reception, nurse and doctor were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Charged my card without permission, can get no one on phone ever!! Nice at first until they have your card information. Bad business, no wonder complex is empty.

I like coming back at this Urgent Care because of nurse practitioner, Lina Dela for me she’s almost like a Doctor! Very knowledgeable and caring person! Thank you Lina for making me feel better at all times 🙏❤️
