Very impressed with Braun Urgent Care! Brought my daughters tonight for minor medical issues and whole experience was great from the front desk/new patient registration to the provider we saw. Staff was all knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I will absolutely return in the future.

This was the first time at this clinic. I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. Front staff were kind and patient. I was seen by Chris and Tyler and they were great. Both made the experience easy, answered all my questions, and were caring in their approach. I will come back to this clinic for future care.

Shane is the best; I've never felt rushed, he takes time to explain in as much depth as you need/want. He is my primary care doctor and treats me for multiple chronic conditions. Frankly I like when he is the middle man to specialists who I often times are backed up and rushed. I like the model where I sigh in and they call me when it's my turn since I hate sitting in a office.

The care I've received here has been fantastic! They've been very available via phone for questions after my treatments & provided excellent care for a couple of issues for me. Kind and capable! A delight to work with! (They did overbill me at the time of service & I had to call to get a refund of like $10 but it was very easy to get corrected)

My partner had a fever so I drove her to this urgent care. There was construction everywhere so it was difficult to find, and when we got there there were leaf blowers blowing dust all over the place. Once inside, they took her temp which was 102. They did not give out Covid tests, and they said even if she was positive for Covid they wouldn’t treat her there! How does that make any sense? I’d love a response.

This is the best urgent care experience I’ve had! I recognized that I needed medical attention at 6:45pm so I did a google search and found that Braun is open until 8pm. I got there by 7:00 and was out of there by 7:30. The staff are so warm and friendly. I can’t believe how easy this experience was! If you’re ever in a pinch during the evening hours, I highly recommend Braun Urgent Care.

We took our son here and we are very happy with the service provided. Everyone was wearing a mask, we waited not even 10 minutes and we were already talking with the doctor. The space was clean. The doctor was very attentive to our explanation, very patience with our son and took the time to explain every detail. It's awesome that they are open until 8pm! We would definitely recommend and come back in the future if we need to. Thank you.

While visiting Hawaii from mainland I had to get urgent treatment for an infected foot. Braun was amazing! They took me quickly as a walk-in and gave excellent care. Accepted my insurance without a problem. If I moved permanently to Hawaii I would make Braun my primary urgent care. They are better than my doctor at home!

This is my Dr Shane he is the best! Very caring always takes good care of us. The office girls are always friendly and a new person that is very good is Chris he has taken care of me to during my shingles and got me through it! Thank you all especially Shane😊

Took my son here to get his eye looked at. All their information says they close at 5 PM, we showed up at 4:30 PM and they turned us away because they said they had already taken their last patient. Maybe they should change their name to convenient care, that way they can see patients when it’s convenient to them.

Really excellent clinic - Dr Chris and the staff are very professional and were able to see me promptly - they have on site diagnostics for Strep and they worked very efficiently to complete the test and clinical evaluation. Highly recommend them if you are from out of town.

Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I don’t have insurance and they did what they could to help make the experience more affordable. Really appreciate that, hope I don’t have to go back to an urgent care but if I do it’ll be there.

Went there when I was sick and had a really great experience. Front desk staff was very knowledgeable and polite. Doctor was very professional and helpful. I really do recommend.
