Food is delicious let's get that straight. The owner told me that he cooks something different everyday and I could tell that it's made fresh. Additionally everything was seasoned so well!!! My mom is the vegan one so I take her to places like this from time to time and I've noticed it's almost always Indian restaurants that do it the best 👌 The owner is also really kind and welcoming. I love supporting small businesses like this because it's hard-working people like him that should get a lot more support.

Since I’m not Indian and have never been to India, I’m hardly qualified to state this was “authentic Indian food.” Disclosure complete. This was delicious food and everything that I imagine authentic Indian food would be. The gentleman serving was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is pretty basic, but the buffet had abundant vegetarian and vegan options. Food was fresh and flavor amazing. Very clean. Incense was a bit strong. You pay by the pound ($10.50/lb). Lots of baked deserts. Bottled (non-alcoholic) drinks with a large selection.

I finally stopped after seeing many positive posts on a vegan social media page. Owner was very cordial. Very willing to explain what was in each dish. Prices by the pound. I should have accepted the cutlery because I ended up eating half of what I got with my fingers on the ride home. It was delicious. New favorite and will go again many times!

Everything was delicious. Excellent service. An absolute gem. We plan to make weekly visits! Seriously some of the most amazing food we’ve ever had. Go eat there. Do it now. You won’t regret it.

This is by far one of the best Indian food I’ve had in the US! I’ve lived in India for 6-7 years and it literally felt eating at someone’s house. It is a vegetarian restaurant and they’ve done an outstanding job with the flavors and preparation of the meal. It is really flavorful and not greasy at all. We had basmati rice, grilled papaya, cabbage, coconut paneer curry, lentils, okra and potatoes, sautéed beans and halwa with fruits for dessert.

Me and my family stopped here after visiting the North Shore as it was one of the closest Indian restaurants to us at the moment and actually seemed promising. When we arrived, we all felt very welcomed by the owner. He was so accommodating and chatted with us the whole time we were there, such a humble and kind person to experience! The food is amazing, there is so much flavor and everything was perfectly balanced. I can't recommend this place enough, you won't be disappointed coming here!

Outstanding vegetarian food! Made me reconsider just how good it could be.

FINALLY got food from here! I’ve tried 4x and each time they were closed! Apparently the phone does not work. I was surprised and struck at how clean the place is! Not what I was expecting from the outside. The owner was very friendly and humble. Took the time to explain the different dishes. I took a little bit of everything and ate at home. Food is charged by weight. I think it was $10.60/#? (It’s $3 more than what’s advertised on their website). This plate cost $28.77. Food quality was very good. Everything was tasty. I was very impressed with the taro root. It was something I’d never had before and extremely flavorful with nice texture. Great food quality and flavor but I was a little surprised at the price for lunch. If it were a little cheaper, I would definitely come back more often. There was also a 7% sales tax which doesn’t make sense to me.

You never be sure if the place is open or not! We drove almost 25mins to eat simple Indian food but they were closed. On Google and Yelp it says open! We saw quite a few people checking the restaurant and being disappointed.

Have had a lot of Indian food, and this is my first time trying all vegan. I was taken aback at how good the food was. The options were limited, but this is a quiet homy place. Really really tasty! Definitely recommend the curry with nam bread. Menu apparently changes everyday, so will be going on random days to try new things... also I am not a vegan/vegetarian, but mmmm wow!

We came in around 5pm and some of the items were stale and smelling. The place is quite pricy as well for the food.

This place is SO GOOD! I went in a little intimated because I don't know too much about Indian cuisine, but he was so sweet and helpful. I got a big plate with a little bit of everything and he went through telling me what everything was. He also gave me and my partner a free taste of their broccoli wings, and they were DELICIOUS! I will 100% be coming back and often!

The food here is AMAZING every time we come here. The manager is always so friendly and accommodating. He usually even brings out little extra treats for our little ones. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing food. Pure Vegetarian, home made food and very light for the stomach. Taste was delicious and the owner was very friendly. If you go there and have only space for one dish, do try their Samosa. It was the best Samosa I have ever eaten in the States. We also got an amazing Raita on the house. Please do visit this place if you want to eat soulful indian vegetarian food.

So good! A must go on the way up or return from the North shore. Lots of heart and warmth in that place and the food reflects it. Everything is vegetarian and the flavors are a mix of local veggies and Indian spices. Vegan lassi too!

A place you must visit if you love Indian food. As soon as my mom and I entered, we felt at home. The man running the place is a gem, someone I won’t forget from this trip. You can just tell that these dishes are made with lots of flavor and love. All of it was SO delicious, you can’t go wrong with anything you choose. Highly recommend!

I stopped by for some food for the first time today. It was so delicious! We’re not vegetarian but did not miss the meat. Everything is so tasty and well seasoned. The owner helped us by describing each item and even gave us samples. He was very sweet. I can’t wait to come back and try the items on other days! So convenient, and healthy, filling and tasty food. You must get the naan!

The time I went I spent 30 for a plate! The food was the same you find at down to earth hot bar. There is nothing special in the location nor the food. The place looks like an old cafeteria and I’m guessing a cook from down to earth might work there because food tasted and looked the same. The only good is the older lady taking my order she is sweet and gave me a box to put my 30 dollar meal plate plus she threw in sone napkins.

One of my favorite spots to eat. The food is always really good and the employees are super helpful. I am not a vegetarian or very versed in Indian food but they have always helped me find dishes I really enjoy. Get the dessert, it's amazing!

Went on a Saturday one hour before closing. The person working there (i assumed the owner) was extremely nice, explained clearly what each plate was, price was reasonable for the amount of food, but the taste is just absolutely incredible. Everything vegetarian and vegan with excellent combination of flavors. Will come back multiple times.
