THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENECE IN HAWAII! Literally now i understand why papa John's sales are going down. I paid 18$ for this pizza right here. Had to call the store since there website wasn't accepting my location or the coupon they gave me from the previous order. I was told by JAMES "there's nothing we can do for you so call the help desk". I was hungry so I just decided to pay full price for the pizza. I used their website to place the order and specifically wrote on the "important notes to please call me before arriving to the destination " driver called me pissed of saying why I wasn't at my location, and gave me and attitude when he arrived. When I tried telling him I was on duty and giving him directions he replied with a "ugh this is my job, I know where it's at. You just messed up my plan". Safe to say after one bite I said screw this never doing this again and called the store for a refund. I AM AN ACTIVE DUTY SOLDIER AND ALL I ASK IS FOR SOME RESPECT. We train hard and work hard for the American people. Is it too hard to ask for some decency in exchange?

Great customer service but pizza is gross and expensive. This crust is like eating cardboard. I paid for double pepperoni and there was no extra pepperoni. NEVER AGAIN. the whole chain just needs to go away already

Standard Papa John's experience. We ordered through Uber Eats and the pizza was great. No complaints at all, we'll be ordering it again!

A roach on the cookie ??I have ordered from this location multiple times, this time was the last. We ordered two pizza pies and one cookie. When my 8 year old went to hand out slices of the cookie pie she found a dead roach on it. I called the store and the store manager told me its hawaii there are roaches every where, she even gave me a story about roaches being in her car... like really dude your car and food???? The F**** kind of answer is that. Well papa johns no longer has my business.. They gave me a refund but there was no accepting responsibility or anything from the STORE MANAGER

1st Time Ordering from here, Wish I read the Reviews first. Pizza was good that explains the 1 STAR. Ordered the Parmasan Wings was really looking forward to full on mouthwatering Coated wings, unfortunately not what I expected it looked plain with just a Butter sauce under the wings🤬🤬. The Garlic Knots was Burnt🤬🤬. Then more annoying on the app it says a total, I get a email it says a lesser amount due, long story short I call the store & speak with a manager he tells me he doesn't know why I got that email for a lesser amount due🤔🤔. Not sure what's going on, ANYONE else had this happened to them?? I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PAPA JOHN'S TO ANYONE For the price we paid $85.29 My family and I could have gone to eat at Zippy's and still have some money leftover.

Ordered from this papa John's a few times. Recently they are unable to make and deliver food in a timely manner. Will order on the app with a 60 min delivery time. Wait an hour call and hear they haven't even started the order and it would be an additional 60 to 90 min wait. I ask to cancel the order manager apologizes and then just hangs up on me very abruptly. Can understand staffing shortage but management should do something to let you know of the delay. I will never order from this papa John's again because the continuous unconsistency of being able to be reliable to receive my order.

I’m sorry. I have to rate you one star just based on wait times alone. This is the second time I’ve ordered papa John’s in the last month and had a 125-135 minute wait time. In short, I ordered my pizza around 7:30. Pizza got here at like 9:50. That’s insane even being short staffed. You need to hire more staff if that’s the case. I waited so long for my food I fell asleep and saw that it was already 9:30. Fearing my food had already came and been dropped off a while ago, I checked the app and to my surprise it wasn’t even here yet!

Was given wrong food

Absolutely worst service ever. Ordered it at 7pm. I called multiple times to get status after an hour and half, no answer. Finally got an answer and they said by 9pm. After 9pm I called and called till I FINALLY got an answer at 9:30pm. Which I had to use another store to get ahold of the, by the way. To which they then stated they gave my order away to someone else. Not me. Just Gave to some random person walking the street. Not even at my house. So after 2 and half hours of waiting, I’m left with nothing. Never ordering from here again. Everyone in the building needs to get fired.

I've ordered tons of pizzas from this location. Good luck getting your order anywhere near on time. If you expect even the quality of a frozen pizza you will be disappointed. I'll be using dominos or pizza hut from now on.

Prices are a little high but food is good

3rd time in a month they(wahiawa)gave plain unsauced chicken wings and, why they keep putting onion's on our pizza is it mandatory cause I asked not too. Tf tired of this company already extra large pizza get 5 pieces of bell pepper 😆 what a joke.

Love the food but delivery is a disaster if you live on post. Had to meet the driver at the gate which defeats the purpose of delivery. They need to solve this issue or we won’t be going back.

Just ordered today… there was only 4 pieces of pepperoni on my pizza, and no meats when I ordered a meat lovers . Also if i wanted Digiorno Pizza I would’ve gone and bought it for half the price I paid at Papa John’s

Didn’t receive food and no help trying to figure out what happened with my order or refund

Ordering a pizza at 2:30 for delivery of two pizzas at 6, then to be told at 610 that the pizza would be here in 15 minutes. Only for the delivery driver to show up over an hour later is really unacceptable. The pizza was lukewarm, at best and the cheese was hard. The new app doesn’t give any info and no one answers the phone. Save yourself the trouble and order from a different location.

awful service from the second i walked in the door! lady said i could not even in store and had to place my order online. extremely rude as well. never coming back

The pizza is always great.... I love eating here... the only problem is that they gave the wrong order for takeout... tried calling 5 times rings continuously then hangs up....
