This was my first time eating at this location. I had classic medium wings, chicken tenders, and fries. The fries were not as seasoned as I am used to from Wing Stop in Georgia, the tenders were good and crunchy, the wings were very dry and were more like fried chicken then hot wings. After sitting down to eat, realized they have no restroom for the dine-in customers. Lastly and almost as disturbing as the no public restrooms is they don’t have any trash cans inside, and you have to dump your trash outside in the too small inadequate trash cans pictures below. Will not visit again!

Stopped to try this new chicken place and what a disappointment! We had 2 small meals and our bill was over $30!!! We weren’t given any napkins or utensils and the containers weren’t marked so we didn’t know who’s food was what. The order took long as well, almost 30 minutes. Not recommended for children, the food is messy and spicy. Would’ve been a nightmare if we started eating in the car with no napkins. The ranch dressing was delicious, the fries were soggy by the time we got home and the cheese on the fries wasn’t real cheese. It was the liquid cheddar that comes in a can. For $30 I expected real cheese. We were given the choice of veggie sticks instead of fries. I wouldn’t go back here.

The service is bad, my husband came in and ordered 1 plate to go, mind you he just came from work. He sat there over 45 minutes watching others come in and pick up there order. What’s the priority on this matter? I believe they need to work on satisfaction for their customers more because seems to my husband, they pick and choose who they want to serve. My husband left his order and didn’t get his money back because he was tired of waiting. This was our first time coming there. UNREAL

Don't go there!!Don't wasting your time!! We ordered online app. Pick up at store. Get an email to say ordered us ready to pick up but I have to waited there 20 minutes. Bring the food open the bag we missing 20 chicken wings. My husband called the store " missing food"dumb cashier said we lied about missing wings. She said we need to brig back to food she wanted to counts food lol. This is crazy lamo. We brig back to food st the store. The manger not even sorry. If they're don't know how to counts numbers please stay home. Don't wasting ppl times.

Wings were dry and hard and cold. I called five times to let them know and they did not answer. When I left it was only two people in the restaurant so I know they wasn't that busy were they couldn't answer the phone.

Ordered online. Got to the place and my husband said the name that the food was under. The staff said it wasn’t ready yet which is fine I understand. 20 min goes by and my husband is watching TWO STAFF members standing up front on their phone, gossiping, knowing we needed our food. My husband asked again about our food and come to find out, our food was ready the WHOLE TIME. This is poor customer service. The employees should’ve checked the rack for the online orders, asking the kitchen if the food was ready, and also updating us customers about our orders. We do not have all night sitting there doing THEIR jobs instead we could’ve been at home enjoying our food that we paid for. I’m sad that this wing stop that I had no problem with in the past had done us and lots of people dirty. Do better…

We eat here all the time it is our favorite wing place. The staff is very nice and happy to help when I ask them to. The tasty wings are well worth the wait and their fries are nice and crispy. I like how they will throw away your trash for you if you leave it on the table.

Wings and tenders were very good but drove home with food to find out no dips included per order! Hard to truly enjoy wings without the dips requested.

HORRIBLE. Save yourself the trouble and get dominoes wings. No flavour on wings or fries. Wings were massive like a Turkey's wing. They were dry, hard and trashy. Corn was gooey and also flavourless. Definitely my worst wing stop experience. Cannot pay me enough to go back. Straight Disappointment.

I always like to order the Boneless Hickory Smoked BBQ wings and Seasoned Fries here. Chicken is Smoky and sweet, drenched with lots of sauce. Fries are slightly crispy with good amount of wing stop house seasoning. Miss their buns. Congratulations to the 🌈☁️Hawaii Boys ⚾️Little League World Series Champions!!! WOW!!! Very crowded and unorganized. Management is lacking. Food is tasty.

We asked for 4 containers of honey mustard, not ranch.

I came in at 4:11 pm and ordered 4 chicken sandwiches as combos, one upgraded to voodoo fries. After 30 mins went by I asked where our order was and was told 5 more minutes. I noticed another walk in order finished before us left without the workers verifying his receipt which looked like our order. When the order was ready, looked in the bag just to find it was a completely different order. They said they would remake the order, which was ok, but just to wait another 20 minutes. After now waiting for about an hour our fresh order was ready, look inside the bag, still missing one sandwich which was on the receipt. To top it off no ice for the drinks, even after asking if they had any. With all these issues, I would assume a discount or to be compensated. Not coming back, I hope your visit is better because the food is actually really good and fresh, that's the only reason why it's not getting a one star.

Every time my husband orders online and we pick a set time to pick up the food. It takes over 30 mins to an hour to get our food from the original pick up time. This is absolutely ridiculous and all the response my husband gets when he asks how much longer- “they are working on it”. It is sad the employees do not give apologies or anyway to make the situation better for the customer. Why allow online orders if the establishment can’t keep up with the fast paced environment it is?

Tonight i placed our order to go but the kids got hungry so we decided to eat inside the store. I ordered a sweet bbq boneless wings for them. However they wouldn’t eat them saying it was spicy. I had asked the guy manager in charge today if he can swap it out for something not spicy for them he said no because they had already made them for me. We did not touch the wings they were all there they just tasted the sauce and it was too spicy. I had never heard of such policy. I do not think that is the store policy on something like this. At that point it wasn’t even about the money i just felt as if he was not being fair. It was awkward. The food was okay. They do not have trash inside to dispose food after. Bathrooms are outside. I do not recommend this location. You can do way better choosing elsewhere to eat.

I used to love coming here. Though it was expensive, I knew I’d be getting a good amount of food for the price I pay. However it seems like wingstop has been shrinking their wing size. Last time I was there on Friday, the vast majority of my boneless wings were a little larger than my knuckles. What happened? Their boneless wings used to be huge, and now I get little chunks of breading for the same price. I’m over spending 40 bucks on these.

Ordered online through the app, waiting 20 minutes for my order to get done. Got an email to say that my order was completed. Then proceeded to drive to the place and was told that they were working on it. Waited 10 minutes later to be informed that they ran out of chicken sandwiches (my whole order was 3 chicken sandwiches). A waste of time and money! I wouldn’t recommend at all. There’s a McDonald’s right up the street, which is more reliable; and they don’t run out of chicken.

**PLEASE READ TO THE END** While I've come to this location plenty of times (mostly because it's one of the few decent places in Mililani), tonight has solidified why I will NOT be returning. To start do not expect them to pick up the phone EVER. You have to order online or in person and it will always be at a minimum an hour. Second, always check your order. There have been numerous occasions where I've paid extra for sauce, just for it to not be in the bag and me having to go back in. Tonight specifically, I ordered a 20 piece with 3 flavors, only to get home and have 14 wings and 2 flavors. Lastly, and the one that is absolutely unacceptable, when I arrived there was an employee grabbing handfuls of raw chicken out the fridge and placing them in frying baskets. Not only am I annoyed about missing food (which I agree I should have checked), but I am also disgusted at the fact someone is comfortable enough to be touching raw chicken without gloves or any hair nets. Very unsanitary!! Very disgusting!! I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is beyond acceptable. Had I had my phone on me I would surely have recorded a video of the employee. Please be aware of this!

Most of the wings are ok🤷🏼‍♀️. They are extremely GREASY every time though.. not the best.

This store is by far better than the one in honolulu. the staff here are so nice and attentive. They properly season the wings and fries, at the town location most of the time there is no seasoning at all. and they actually fill the ranch up to the top!

Our second time coming from Ewa all the way here for some chicken wangz. It's delicious and the staff have our food ready when we expect it (I like to order ahead or use the mobile app). I'll drive here vs go to my local BWW any day.

I like the wing size and quality (better than B Dubs) the blue cheese was good and plentiful (better than B Dubs), took about 25min to make (meh), but the Cajun flavor tasted like spicy ketchup. The mango habanero (B Dubs fam fav) was okaaaay. No napkins or wet naps, boooooo! It’s prime sports season (Baseball and Football) and I just wish Mililani had a B Dubs or Wingstop had tastier wings.

The Garlic wings were very good. The Cajun fries could use a ton more spice.

Good food, nice atmosphere. The only thing I wish there they had was access to a bathroom. Wings are large and juicy!! I also find their seasoning is just enough to give the wings flavor without over doing it.

Literally worst service I’ve EVER experienced. Ordered a to go order for 2 people and 5 families who came in after us got sat or got their orders. Was told 20 min wait and waited over an hour. When I asked when our food would be ready they gave us unseasoned fries and when I asked for it to be corrected the worker at the front gave me a tiny cup of seasoning and dumped it on the fries in a pile right in front of me. Then was told I can either just get a discount on the fries and leave or I can wait another 30 minutes. The workers were SO unprofessional and rude. Not even the right order and blatant disrespect to customers. What a joke!

This was by far one of the worst service experiences. We called in an order for 3 people about 20 minutes prior to picking it up. When we arrived, we we're told our order would be a bit longer of a wait, which is understandable, but it was mid afternoon and not really busy as far as I could see. Our wait was nearly an extra 30 minutes. The service staff up front weren't friendly, in fact quite rude and appear to have a lack of interest in being there. The food wasn't even hot which is what I was expecting for such a long wait. Seasoning was sub-par yet it was drenching in sauce. I know people have bad days and the restaurant industry isn't an easy profession but this was ridiculous. And looking at the most recent comments, this place really needs to evaluate their staff.

The service here was amazing the kind guy that worked there gave me a free bbq sauce on the side with my order. I will be coming back to this place, I highly recommend.
