Flying in for a destination wedding, I opted for the convenience of having Reveal do my hair and makeup, particularly with concerns about Hawaii's climate/humidity. Kailie and Coco were my talented artists, and their work was nothing short of fabulous. I was thrilled with the final look, and their attentive approach made me feel completely at ease. The communication with Reveal was exceptional, and I'm certain I'll turn to them again for another Hawaii wedding later this year.

The reveals team Alyssa and Katelyn were an absolute joy to work with. They supported us on our very early morning ceremony day on 10/20 4am! They brought that bright energy we needed to jump start our big elopement day! You made me look fabulous and my husband loved watching me get my glam on. Truly appreciated :)

Great job on the hair, the makeup was awful and it makes me regret booking my anniversary photo shoot because of how awful I looked. There were already a few red flags but I pushed forward because there had to be a reason they had such rave reviews. They were a little unresponsive at first, but there was so much time until my shoot I ignored it. Then they reached out to me two days before the shoot to let me know the makeup artist needed more time and it would be an additional $250 for her to start an additional 25 minutes. I balked at this, but it is what it is. That’s the fee and I can’t move my photoshoot time on such short notice. The ladies were very professional and nice. I love the way my hair looked when she was done. I hated my makeup. The makeup made me look (even before the photo editing done by photographer) and I felt like I looked 20 years older. It was what it was and I had to do my anniversary shoot with that terrible makeup on. The edges aren’t even blended in my eyeshadow and the blush doesn’t show at all. The eyelashes they used were the KISS brand from the drugstore. How do you use those when that’s what you charge? I wasn’t going to say anything because this happened 5 weeks ago, but I got the pictures back today and everyone I’ve shown the photos to agree that my makeup makes me look awful. There were comments about how my eyes look heavy and uneven. Someone else said I didn’t even look like myself. Please don’t waste the money to book them. The photos will speak for itself.

Reveal did my and my bridal party's hair and makeup and they were incredible! We had 4 employees for a total of 8 people getting services. They did amazing whether people had specific or vague desires. They made getting ready so much fun and relaxing. It's like getting your hair and face softly brushed, you don't feel any discomfort with them (and I never get my hair and makeup done regularly). I loved the way I looked and how everyone else did too!

I meant to write this review a long time ago. I had services with this company in November 2023; They did my hair and make-up and they did a phenomenal job! The staff were so friendly and kind, and I felt absolutely gorgeous. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them :)

Coco and Zoey were AMAZING for my wedding hair and makeup last year they were so fun to work with, punctual, and I was so happy with how both my hair and makeup turned out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for hair and makeup!

Best hair and makeup I’ve ever had. They were a blast to chat with and were so understanding that I had to take a few calls since there were some event emergencies. Can’t recommend them enough.

I had such a great experience with the Reveal Hair & Makeup team! I did a bridal trial and hair and makeup the day of my wedding with my Mom & MIL. Coco & Kailie were both so personable and fun to talk to, and the time flew by as they did our hair and makeup. They were really attentive to the style and look we wanted, and had great recommendations based on our hair and skin type. We were all so happy with our results! My normally frizzy hair stayed curled even after a brief rain shower. I cannot recommend the Reveal team enough! They are true professionals and helped me feel and look beautiful on my special day.

Whitney and Kailey made me feel like a bride! I felt so pretty on my wedding day. My makeup and hair turned out even better than I envisioned. I don’t wear too much makeup on a daily basis, but I still looked like myself after getting glammed up. Raven and Zoey were great with my bridal party and were both so sweet with my flower girls. Jill was super easy to work with and responded so quickly to any of my appointment changes/questions. I’m so happy I chose Reveal and I highly recommend!!

I am so thrilled I went with Reveal for our wedding! The whole team was so wonderful, and I especially loved working with Gabi, who did my hair and makeup for both the engagement shoot and the wedding. The team was so fun to chat with and had such a relaxed energy, and they did such a great job making everyone in my party look great! They were awesome with taking inspiration from photos and making adjustments as requested. Gabi was such a great sport when I showed up on my wedding day with a few inches of hair cut off since I saw her last (it was a hair trim gone wrong!). One of the sweetest moments was when my grandma was getting her hair and makeup done. Since she wanted to keep her makeup light, her makeup artist took the time to just pamper her so she wasn't cut short in her experience compared to the rest of us. It was really sweet to see my grandma so relaxed. I blubbered like a baby during my ceremony, and my makeup still looked great afterwards, so that was wonderful! Everyone also complimented me on my hair - the romantic look fit the wedding vibes perfectly! My now-husband and man of honor also got some airbrushing done, and they were pleased with the turnout! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I am so glad they were there to make it happen. Thank you for making me feel like a queen on my special day!

Reveal Hawaii team was amazing! They did my bridal trial hair & makeup, wedding hair & makeup, and did the hair & makeup for my bridesmaids & mothers of the bride & groom. They were very easy to communicate with throughout the whole planning process and were very accommodating with last minute additions. They were friendly & fun too! They did an amazing job & we were very happy with how everything turned out! Would highly recommend!

Reveal did such a fantastic job with my wedding hair and make-up. I showed just a few photos and described the overall “vibe” of what I wanted, and Zoe just nailed it right from the start. She was sweet and fun, and I really enjoyed her being a part of my big day. She gave the perfect amount of “hold” to my hair—it relaxed and looked just how I wanted it to from ceremony to send-off. Raven was phenomenal as well. She had such a calming presence and really listened and thought about what I wanted. So much so that she convinced me to change my mind from airbrush to normal foundation so my natural skin could shine through to achieve the more relaxed look that I was going for. Logistically, everything was super smooth. Zoe and Raven were punctual and worked at a natural pace, taking just the right amount of time. I was able to pay and tip online, which I appreciated, as I was already taking out so much cash to tip other vendors. Overall, I’m very happy with Reveal, and would definitely recommend them (especially Zoe and Raven!) for your wedding hair and make-up. The price is worth it, and I personally recommend paying the extra $$ for the trial. I was able to tell Zoe that my hair held the curl really well so we went a little looser the day-of, and I was able to tell Raven that I wanted a little less setting powder on my under eyes because it dried them out a bit. Little things like that that are personal to you are good to know so you can perfect things on the day-of. Of course, I’m sure they could have made those changes the day-of, but there is enough to stress about that day. It was worth the extra money to me to have the peace of mind that I knew I would love the look.

I had an excellent experience with the Reveal team for my wedding on Oahu. Zooey and Coco were very professional and just overall lovely people who are good at their craft. I was so happy to see that my makeup was not over the top and cakey. It was perfect. My hair was also in place my entire wedding. Both artists listened to what I envisioned and made it happen. They were also on time despite having an appointment before mine. I very much appreciate the team.

The best team of artists you could ask for on your wedding day (or any other occasion for that matter). In both my trial and actually wedding day, these artists were such a pleasure to work with! They were personable but most importantly they took their time and listened to me on things I loved and some things I may have wanted to change a bit. Overall, I felt so beautiful and it was truly thanks to this team. 10/10 recommend!!!

I am in awe of the perfect people that are Alyssa and Sherry. I didn’t have time to schedule a trial and just sent over detailed notes of my vision. They knocked it out of the park and I felt the most beautiful that I have ever felt. With my previous professional make up experiences, I’ve felt pressure to adhere to certain beauty looks but I never felt that way with Reveal. Alyssa and Sherry made me feel seen and understood. I had so much fun with them and I’m still not over how amazing their results were. My results were somehow better than my inspiration photos?! The administrative booking process was a breeze and everyone was so considerate of my timeline. I don’t have the words to convey how lovely everyone is. I’m so happy and cannot recommend this wonderful company enough.

The Reveal Hair & Makeup experience was top notch! As a hairdresser traveling to Hawaii for my destination wedding, I was a little nervous to find a team who could carry out my dream wedding look. I quickly felt at ease with the prep leading up to the day: very organized, professional and timely. Further to this, during my trial my confidence was through the roof knowing this team would definitely deliver. Sherry handled my makeup and Zoey my hair - both true professionals who did a thorough consultation and got right to work (tough customer with long hair extensions in as well!) Unfortunately, on the day of, Zoey was not feeling well but Sherry made me feel right at ease taking care of my hair as well. All 7 of my bridesmaids and MOB/MOG were also VERY happy with their looks and most hair held the test of time in the Hawaiian humidity. Book Reveal - you will never feel more beautiful!

There are not enough words to express how thankful I am to the Reveal Hawaii team! The booking process was easy and their team was very responsive with all of my questions prior to my appointments. It was easy to fill out my inspiration form to send them my ideas and pictures of what I wanted. They used this to match me with my HMU artist, Katelyn, who absolutely nailed my look! She did both my HMU trial and my HMU the day of my wedding. She came to me for both appointments, so it was very easy for me as the client. Katelyn was very open to changes I suggested, although I didn't have many because she really brought my look to life. She was also so fun and easy to talk to while sitting through my couple hours of hair and make up. I was also able to choose the type of lashes I used so I could feel the most comfortable. She also provided me with touch up makeup (powder and lipstick) to use throughout the night. I was worried that with the high humidity levels in Hawaii and amongst all the dancing and hugs and kisses, my hair would fall flat and my makeup would run... but let me tell you... I even had a bounce house at my wedding during cocktail hour which my husband and I jumped in for almost half an hour and my hair and makeup still looked FLAWLESS after!! It was absolute magic!! 11/10 recommend for all of your beauty needs :) Thank you so much Katelyn and the Reveal Hawaii team! I had a great experience with Reveal Hair & Makeup in Hawaii! Alyssa and Zoey did such an awesome job with my hair and makeup for a photo shoot I did while in Hawaii. They did exactly what I wanted, showed up on time, and were very kind and respectful.

Loved this group! Allison did an amazing job on my hair for my wedding. Although there was a slight hiccup with my original make up artist being available, they offered to let me do a second trial before my wedding day to ensure I felt comfortable and worked with my schedule to make it happen. Katelyn stepped up to the plate and did everything I asked for! These ladies are super sweet and I would definitely recommend their services!

Oh this team was SPECTACULAR! Alyssa did my make-up and and Katelyn did my hair. We did a trial the night before which worked out because it was our rehearsal dinner. Alyssa and Katelyn were the sweetest humans and listened to everything I wanted and more. There was not a single change I wanted to make for the actual wedding because they nailed it the first try. I could spend hours and hours just chatting with them. They are so talented and my hair and make-up last FOREVER if I let it. (Don't worry I washed my face the same night!). They do not go cheap with the products they use. Caitlin was also apart of the team the day of the wedding. She helped my bridesmaid and my mother-in-laws feel beautiful as well. We all loved our services and the people who provided them. I was so sad when they left. I wish I could get married a million times so they can do my hair and make-up a million more times.

Sherry was ABSOLUTELY amazing! I would definitely book with her again!
