I normally don’t give 2 stars on any business, the lady that I spoke with on the phone she was super sweet her customer service was amazing. She is the reason why I’m giving the 2 stars. However when we arrived the other lady (white with curly hair) was extremely rude her customer service was horrible I don’t know who made the mistake on hired her she is ruin your business and I know I’m not the only one who complained about it. My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary spa and it was ruined in all kind of ways. The pedicure was super fast my cuticle was not completely removed a little to no water a 3 second massage. For the money that you guys charge I know that they can do better, the deep power it bump is on one of my nail. With that being said I will never recommend this place it was a waste on $200.00 service.When we checked out the white woman with the curly hair she rudely ask cash or card is together or separate. She is rude and her appearance it’s terrible she look like she doesn’t own a mirror. Thank you for ruining our special date.

I wouldn’t waste my time or money here. They are so expensive and terrible. They’ve rushed both pedicures I’ve gotten, I even asked Elena twice to fix the sloppy polish she slapped on my cuticles twice, I’ll never go back and I’ll never refer anyone to them. Such a waste and disappointment!!!!

Came in for a jelli melli mani and pedi. Wasn’t greeted by the person doing my services, only the front desk and my partners nail technician. After stating what I wanted multiple times I was hassled into the volcano mani and pedi. I said okay to that. During the pedicure treatment, it was very rushed and rough, I was cut multiple times and each time it was giggled off with an apology. When it came to my manicure, I was cut again deeper this time. I kept telling her my finger was burning after she cut it too deep, she examined my cut and kept opening it I guess to see how bad it was. THEN proceeded to scrub it with an alcohol wipe. Never got the volcano mani that they so desperately wanted me to get. Coworkers came by and I guess told her she forgot to do the volcano mani and she got an annoyed look on her face. I told her just finish at this point I was already done. I guess when you book and ask for specific services that message doesn’t make it past the front desk. Not to mention after all was done she just walked off, I had no idea the services were done so obviously I sat there and she came back and just started cleaning everything while bumping and pushing my legs out the way. Very disappointed and will not be returning ******* Edited: I went back and got acrylics and pedicure with gel. This was a way better experience than what I experienced in my initial 1 star review. My techs were amazing and kept conversation with me about how everything was going which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Hong for pedicures and Yumi for Nails. The front desk staff were also very nice!

Convenient, clean, bright, spacious location! Lin was efficient and pleasant! She massaged my feet and legs well! My toes look better!

Birthday nails done great job! I love orange toes! Did the lava detox felt wonderful... I just want to say watch the gel nail drying time. My big toe had a hole in the nail because the first layer of gel nail wasn't dry. I will never do gel nail polish again. I loved the color but not the end result.

Was recommended to give them a try & i was pleased by the friendly service I got, but it was not the best painting/nail art i have received(my toes are great, but hand nails was ok ). It did turn out cute for the occasion & my nail tech was SUPERB, her name is Ms. Hong. I will be back & more specific with details of what i need. The 5 star rating is for the personality of Ms. Hong & her willingness to accommodate 💙. Thanks for the availability of a last minute walk - in service 😀.

My mom and I came here about a month ago for a mani pedi since we were curious and wanted to know how their service was. Everything went very well (which is why i gave them 2 stars), so we decided to schedule our next appointment for October for the same services and with the same people. We came in the other day to find out that they did not schedule my mom correctly. They only scheduled her for a pedicure instead of the mani/pedi we did last time. They also did not put us with the people we requested from before. Although everyone was friendly at the beginning, the service was completely different from our first visit. The service provided this time around was not as detailed or good quality. I usually will try a service, and if I'm not satisfied with the work, I won't come back. No fuss, just loss of a customer. So I allowed her to finish and didn't say anything. But what made me decide to write this review is the most ridiculous and little thing. After charging me a little over $60 for my gel removal and pedicure, paid and receipt given, the lady runs back over to the counter to tell the cashier that she forgot to charge me the $6 for callus removal (which i didn't really need and didn't realize was not included). This is right as me and the cashier are talking about the appointment mix-up where they did not reschedule my mom for both services and us not having the people we asked for, so I cancelled my manicure so my mom didn't have to wait for me. Instead of apologizing for the mix-up and taking care of the $6, they actually went ahead and charged me it. Poor nail service and customer service. Places with good customer service recognize when they make a mistake, and something like $6 would not even be a topic of conversation. They made a mistake on our appointments and didn't follow through with what they said. The least they could do is take care of the $6 service.

It was my daughter 1st experience, and she was very disappointed. As was I, the technician was very polite, but she tried to upsale my daughter while she was on the table. For the record, i asked to come in to see it being done but was denied (no seats).The results were whatever they were familiar with.( We gave a photo of the type of lashes she wanted, and we asked if they could do this style. Also, the cost.) My daughter wanted something she could work with every day. She knew how to put them on herself but never had permanent type done yet. The light wispy style. She came out with the glamour type very long and full. The style she would do if she was going to prom. I feel it's very important to listen to the customers, and if stylists are unable to provide the ask, then don't try it. Much less, charge the customer more for something she didn't ask for!! To make it worse, the girls tried to convince us it was what she told her she was going to do, and they were insisting we pay more than what was quoted. Don't go there!! Nice girls, but very bad business ethics. The manager didn't bother to come out to hear my concerns... and I still paid more than quoted just to get out of there already

I’m not a very picky person lol. I’m pretty chill and will love whatever you give me but dang. I’d recommend this spot if you want your nails to be all different shapes and sizes. I just wanted my real nails painted and shaped and that was a challenge for them. Do not recommend even if you are a laid back person save your money and I’d recommended bee nail salon even, they do a super job. I just wanted to try something different since I was already at the mall. They added so many layers of nail polish and the layers became clumpy. 3/10 But your nails will grow back eventually lol so upside

Booked a mani / pedi and this has got to be the best place yet! I mean from the warm greeting as soon as you walk in, the ease and promptness of scheduling my appointment and the service! Fabulous! Pedi- was done with Elena, she’s an absolute GEM! She made me feel comfortable and engaged in conversation with me instead of the usual manicurists speaking another language and making me wonder if they are talking about me. Elena was warm and funny! She’s very talented and made my legs and feet feel wonderful! Mani- was done by Emma. She was more on the quiet side but still very caring and careful. She kept asking if I was ok and if it hurt. Which it didn’t. She works FAST! But the exceptional part was that she actually shaped my nails! A few of my nails turn up. So usually my manicures accentuate that. But Emma took the time to make them look like normal nails, without looking fake! Absolutely superb! Thank you Elena and Emma for your hard work! You both are masters at your craft!

I've been going to this particular spa for almost 2 years, I think. The only services I come here for is for waxing, lip and/or brows but that's about it so far. For the schedule I have, it's a small yet big change in how I can squeeze this bit of me time to myself and feel confident about the results. In the future; I would definitely consider their other services as the staff in my personal experience have always been genuine and real.

I like this place-generally good and close by. However, the past few times there have been several very pushy situations and just lack of listening to the customer. Such as requesting a specific color and being offered other ones over and over even though I repeatedly said no thank you. Also, I do not understand why a nail tech would tell a customer no in regards to something that would make their nails last longer. I’m literally having to go in tomorrow, which will be the third time to have my nails/gems repaired. The day I got my nails done, the gem popped off of one hand by the time I got home. I went in the next day and saw a different nail technician who fixed that Nail, but when I asked for extra glue on the other hand’s gem she refused. I stated I was worried about it coming off as well because there was not a lot of glue on it, and of course, the nail technician gaslit me and said that it was fine. It was not!…..And that night that other hands gem popped off while simply laying in bed. So I will be in tomorrow for a third time to hopefully get it fixed. And it really sucks because I go on vacation tomorrow night and really should not be taking extra time (again) to fix this. I just wish these ladies would actually listen to, not rush and value the customers.

Am not really happy with the service provided. Did a basic pedicure. My toes were poorly filed as in they don’t have an even and consistent hape. I usually read reviews before going into salons but was excited to get my nails done as it’s been a while so I didn’t even check. Would’ve most likely have gotten a gel manicure on top of my basic manicure done if I was happy with my pedicure. I hope they can work on their services as the salon is beautiful and clean.

My 2nd time coming to this business and again, I was not disappointed. Got the volcanic detox pedi and man, my legs and feet feel absolutely 💯 amazing! Mrs.Sally was very meticulous in her efforts to make sure my toes were polished perfectly, my feet and legs thoroughly messaged, and that I was comfortable throughout the whole pampering. Get Mrs. Sally and tell her Star sent cha! 😙🤌🏿

I came in to get a very natural pretty look for my nails, and that’s exactly what I got! Emma was very courteous and very nice, and I love how my nails turned out. Would highly recommend!

I had gel manicure done here on Monday. For manicure, she just removed my dry skin around the nails, no cleaning at all. She said my nails are weak so she introduced me to buildable gel. She was so nonchalant putting it to my nails that it got all over my skin and nails. Made my nails so thick and uneven, like my 3 yo can do better job than her. When i told her it’s too thick, she blamed it to my nails and filed it too short. I told her and the staff that i was unhappy, they offered to fix it that day or come back in 3 days but I had other appointment that day and don’t really want to go back to this place. The gel came off little by little and by saturday it’s all off! I considered going to different nail salon to fix it but I just don’t want to spend money anymore so I thought I will just keep it for maybe 2 wks but nope! Didn’t even last a week! In fairness, the staff at front desk are very nice and understands my dissatisfaction.

I have been here multiple times and have always had a great experience. Except for today. I asked Elena for french tip gel nails with purple tips instead of white. Somehow that turned into purple with some glitter (charged extra for) and then a whole nail purple with a flower (because she said the flower wouldn't show up on french even thought the gel she took off had exactly that). That's not the worst part. She cut me not once but twice on each hand. She apologized and carried on. My daughter was with me getting hers done and was ready before me. We leave and I notice that multiple nails are uneven and jagged. It's bad. But I didnt have time to go back in and have them fixed because I had to be somewhere else. I was charged $70+ for this and I can't help but laugh. Going to call them up and see if they can be fixed. Crazy.

Rachel is absolutely the best for mani-pedi in the shop. And professional in every way! My only complaint is all the girls sitting around in the front or in the chairs talking when not providing services. It makes the salon uninviting. Also all the conversations, even while working, in non-English, that make the customer uncomfortable as to what they are talking about. This is all very unprofessional. I thought Lavish Salons had a policy against this but I guess it isn’t enforced, or the staff just doesn’t care. Take care of the customer, and that is what I see in Rachel, all the time.

Aug 15, 2023. Ms. Hong, Nail Technician, gave me excellent customer service during my deluxe pedicure appointment today. She greeted me with a warm smile. Ms. Hong was kind, gentle, professional and really paid attention to what I wanted for a pedicure experience. She offered helpful options for my consideration as well. Ms. Hong was thorough, efficient and effective. I would definitely ask for Ms. Hong the next time I want a great pedicure. Thank you Ms. Hong!! 😀😀

When I was going to pay at the counter for my service yesterday, the cashier was very rude to me. When I walked up to her she told me "name" in a rude tone. I got confushed and thought she was asking for my name to check in so I told her "I'm just paying for my services" and she again rudely said "name". All throughout the process of paying she continued to have an attitude and was very rude. I didn't get her name but she was white, curly hair, and works at the counter. The worker who helped me was very nice, however this girl ruined the whole service for me in general. She shouldn't be working the counter if she's gonna be rude to the customers and have an attitude like she doesn't want to be there.

I think her name was Michelle. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows. Customer service on her end was amazing, but I wish I could say the same for the 2 receptionists. When I walked in and spoke with one of the girls there who was checking me in she didn’t seem friendly. The. After I got my eyebrows done another girl who was ringing me up had the same attitude. At least the lady who did my eyebrows was really nice and friendly.

December 14th Saturday, I called in at 10am when they opened to Book the earliest appointment and I got 11:15 am, I did arrive a little late at 11:21 AM because there was traffic from Waikele all the way to the Pearlridge cut off. As soon as I checked in, Jennifer was my nail tech. The first thing that went wrong, I had Current nail set on and I wanted to remove them and start new. I requested for a nails soak off, but what I got was ripping it off instead how they do it when they use the nail to wedge it off, Mind you none of my nails were lifting so it was pretty painful. I didn’t understand why she did it that way I know sometimes it’s possible to do it but damaging my nail beds and also hurting me was not OK. I had a picture of my nail Inspiration and I had it shown to her the entire nail session. The design came out nice but the type of nail that she used I was not OK with. As I asked for a Stiletto style as what is shown in the picture, But to me, I got claws instead. Stilettos are thin, especially when the length is long and I had to ask the nail tech over five times to shrink my nail size because they were so bulky and big (Width Wise). In the means of all that she seemed like she was rushing and said because I was late. I was only five minutes late. (Mind you I was coming from Ewa Beach, which I left at 1005 after the phone call. She also kept telling me that if I make it too thin, it’s gonna break and I need to be careful and all this kinds of stuff , Overall, just rushing me trying to get me to go with what was done. Like I’ve said, the style of the design came out exactly the way it’s supposed to but the way that now looked and the type of nail she used I was not OK with it. Did I tell her I did not like that style? Yes I did. I don’t know how more I could’ve expressed to her to make it exactly like the picture for I have done stiletto nails many times and never had this problem to where my nails look like claws. The day I did, my nails was for my birthday and I wanted it to be my birthday set and now I have to make do With what I have because after my appointment, I had to go work and there was no way that I was willing to sit there and soak the set off and do my nails again or even argue about it right then and there. There was no talking to this nail tech so the best thing I did was tip her $20 and paid for my set and left. Even though I was not happy with my nails, I did tip her good regardless for her work. I’ve never had this problem before at this location. My nails always came out nice, but on the day I needed it the most I am truly disappointed.

My rating is only for TINA. She made me so comfortable and very friendly. I did an eyebrow wax and she perfectly cleaned my eyebrows. She was very aware of me being pregnant and was very gentle with me. TINA is the BEST

I love Hong! She’s so cool! Never in a hurry, takes great, gentle care on my feet. Makes sure you’re comfortable in your chair before she begins and is always attentive to your needs. I highly recommend her for those who are sensitive, especially when digging out dirt under the sides of your toenails. She’s my go to Lady!

I took my mom and grandma here. Personally, I wasn’t satisfied with my service at all, but I’m happy that my mom and grandma did. The lady kept trying to make me get a more expensive pedicure when I just wanted something simple. The quality of the service didn’t meet my expectations because it was rushed and my nails are uneven and the the nail polish is poorly done. I would give one star for me. *new* the owner reached out and offered to repaint and I’m really happy with how they handled it. Thank you again. Lin did an amazing job.
