I
went
into
the
Baskin
Robins
Kapolei
store
on
11
August
at
2pm
to
order
a
memory
cake
for
my
husband’s
birthday.
I
asked
for
a
round
cake
large
enough
for
4
people,
chocolate
cake
with
chocolate
chip
ice
cream
and
red
icing
for
edging
to
contrast
with
the
picture.
I
asked
for
4pm
pickup
on
12
August
and
emailed
the
picture
to
the
directed
email
by
clerk
while
at
counter.
The
next
day
I
arrived
around
4:30pm
and
was
informed
my
cake
wouldn’t
be
ready
until
5-6pm.
Then
I
was
informed
the
pictures
don’t
get
printed
at
Baskin
Robins
but
at
a
different
store
down
the
street.
I
waited
and
still
the
cake
wasn’t
ready.
I
asked
how
much
longer
and
was
then
informed
the
store
never
received
the
picture.
I
showed
proof
from
my
email
with
time
date
stamp
so
the
clerk
called
to
check
and
the
store
claims
photo
was
in
spam
folder.
I
asked
for
a
refund.
Clerk
insisted
it
would
not
be
much
longer.
I
received
the
cake
and
you
can
tell
for
yourselves
from
the
picture
attached
that
my
surprise
to
my
husband
was
ruined
by
poor
customer
service,
translation
of
information
between
stores,
and
poor
listening
skills
with
the
customer
(me),
and
just
rushing
the
entire
order.
