Order limited offer seasonal pancake combo (Winter Wonderland) for my kids for pick-up. Got back to the room to no toppings and no syrup! Wouldnt answer the phone when we tried to call and fix it. Had to go to the ABC store to complete the order.

Food decent but service not so great and language barrier. Counted at least seven staff at one point but 10+ tables not cleared/cleaned. A family of five of us ate basic meals and with tip still $120. Not as good as other IHOPs I’ve been to.

We stayed for one week at the Aqua Palms Waikiki and they give us 15% off there, so we took advantage of this few days, Joanne was our waitress first time and she was really attentive and kind, one night before our last night, we found her at Denny's because we went to have dinner there and there she was with the same beautiful vibe. It is really laudable to have two jobs and to give all the best in both. Today is our last day having breakfast at IHOP and guess what? We asked for Joanne's area, and definitely it was worth it. Place is too crowdy because is memorial day but she is giving the best serving her tables. I will put my review on Swarm and TripAdvisor too, hopefully this will get eventually to any of her managers.

The food here is great, we had a really nice waitress who took our orders all together. Disappointed in communication with seating. We got there when they first opened and stood outside as a party of 2, meanwhile we see groups of 4 and even a whole school group go in ahead of us. My party comfornted the person at the desk and they claimed they had already called our names even though we were standing there outside, and not to mention the wait to pay even though nobody, including staff was up there. Just do better.

I mean, it's IHOP. You certainly shouldn't expect world class meals from here, but it's not bad food. In fact, I ordered a turkey sandwich from the 55-plus menu and it was massive. It was probably about double what I expected. Also the service was very good and the prices were reasonable considering where we are.

It is a great IHOP opening really early. Various syrups and unlimited coffee were available. An entree might be too much for me to have breakfast, but the kids combo was an alternative choice and tasted great.

I got the breakfast sampler, which was great as usual. The staff are friendly. Annoyingly restroom needs a special key card from staff to use and this is a pain if no staff are free to unlock thr restroom as it is shared with the hotel. That's why it loses a star.

First time visiting this Ihop for breakfast and it wasn't busy at all when we walked in and we were seated right away. Prices were very expensive. I assume as its directly across the street from the Hilton Hawaiian Village and people escape the hotel due to extremely high resort prices only to go across street and realize Ihop isn't much cheaper. Don't get me wrong as the food was good and I must admit my steak omelet was actually two meals, breakfast and lunch later that day. Service wasn't great as I asked for a napkin and eventually went and got one myself, same thing when I wanted to pay, and no they weren't busy as this was about 7am on Friday morning.

The staff here is so nice!!! Exceptional service and super yummy breakfast food, we love ordering the seasonal options when we come. I always leave here so happy and satisfied.

Very busy. Meals took a while to come out. They weren't amazing tasting but big portions. Quite expensive too

We went to IHOP and ordered chocolate pancakes and chocolate cake, and I have to say I will definitely be returning. The food was exceptional, the cake of perfect consistency that I rated it 9/10 in mouth feel, and 10/10 in taste.

Joann my server was great, she got my order quick and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. This is a great place for quick service in the morning before your day begins. Look no further, go here for breakfast!!

First time here and the service was quick and friendly. One thing to note is that the bathroom is not at the restaurant but at the hotel next door and you need to ask for the key

Not impressed. We got there 30 min before closing so I can understand how that can sometimes be frustrating when you’re ready to go home “but” as someone who has worked in this industry, your sign says open until 9:00, so we were always trained you treat every customer with great service no matter when they walk in. There were couple other tables seated too and yet we were treated really… rough… The food was pretty blah, yeah it’s iHop but still expected a decent iHop meal… my mom ordered a side salad and well, see pictures, we literally thought it was the fixings for my dads burger. It was solid ends of the iceberg head of lettuce, we tried cutting stuff up and it kept falling off the bowl. Pretty disappointing overall, and we won’t be back here ever again and would recommend giving your money to anyone else - HECK even MCDONALDS side salads and pancakes and chicken are better than here, and that’s saying something lol.

Overall experience was average at best. Negatives: Don't have their own restroom, gave me coffee creamer that was already open and used. Pros: They sell food. I would definitely look for a local diner over this place. I would only go here for convenience.

Great service and good comfort food! Enjoyed the grill fish plate! Pricing was great for the area! Close to the Hilton resort and Hale Koa Hotel! Serves a good breakfast assortment! Good choice for dining away from the resort restaurants!

We had the Blueberry French Toast Combo which comes with eggs, bacon (or sausage) and hashbrowns. Not the best I've ever had but it was filling and service was good.
