My wax specialist Jessica was amazing, she was very fast and made sure I was comfortable. She also helped me with some great after care products that they have there. It was my first time experience there and it was great, the receptionist girls were also welcoming, I’ll definitely be back and see Jessica again!

Miranda is a very well mannered specialist! She first explains the process prior to starting, then ask's if I have any questions! As she starts she explains each process! That really helps my mind relax. Miranda continues with conversations that makes me laugh and relax, and just before the end, I realize I'm done! As it was a first experience for me, her patience showed devotion in her profession of choice! I was very impressed and continue to be a patron! I thank my husband for allowing me to experience such a relaxing way to avoid my stress of life working on cases! Thank you Miranda for your expertise. I continue the relaxation of European waxing & avoiding the nic's and cuts of razors! I love it! As for the front desk! They set the presence before the start to begin. Gives me a feeling of confidence as they explain how the each operator are experienced in what they do. Over all they are a team.

Honestly if I could give this place more than 5 stars i would. I went here for the first time last night, and both receptionist greeted me. The atmosphere here is amazing, staff is so friendly. Check out was super quick and easy. I came here for the first time to get a brazilian and my eye brows cleaned up. Normally i’d go to the beauty room in kapolei but my waxer, Leah ( apologies if i misspelt ) made me feel so comfortable. She was super friendly and her vibe is honestly unmatched. The brazilian was somewhat painless. Definitely recommend coming here. gonna be a returning customer

Miranda is a 💎 and takes care of my every need, especially when life gets crazy or my schedule! Also the ladies in the front today made me feel so special. Especially when walking in and even with a line or just busy, they use my name and check me in before I even say anything. ❤️ to those ladies!
