I waited for five minutes. Nobody but me. They did it recognize me. Then when other customers came in they insisted on waiting on them before me. Got the matcha latte milk tea. Good but will never go back because of the service.

I had a great visit. They're following COVID protocols, which is a plus for me. The Matcha MT Latte that I got with regular sweetness, large boba, and oat milk was absolutely perfect, and my husband really enjoyed his strawberry banana smoothie (also with large boba). I went in right at lunchtime, so it was really busy - but they do have an app that you can use to order ahead, and a really easy points system (just number and first name to sign up.) I will definitely be returning.

First time trying it. I said I needed help with my order the ladies were so helpful and directed me to the brown sugar boba. They were quick and the drink was delicious!

Best boba in the Kapolei area. Tried other places and their teas taste powdery and overly sweet. Teapresso has amazing milk teas, perfectly sweet, nothing artificial tasting. They seal their lids on making it easy to shake up your milk teas. Highly recommend.

Best Boba in Kapolei. I have a lot of favorites here... Chai late on ice, taro coconut smoothie, my son love the strawberry Mango smoothie too. Their boba is so fresh and perfectly chewy. Plus the staff are always kind and helpful. This is my go to spot when I'm in the mood for a treat. Plus it's right next to the park, so you can chill out if you have time and enjoy your beverage.

The boba here is so smooth and has a nice texture, the milk tea itself is a really good taste and I love all of their flavors as of right now, amazing helpful customer service, very affordable, and in all the best boba place on this island. Every drink that I try once a week is delicious.😊

Underwhelming. Poor customer service, barely acknowledged I was there, tea was flat tasting and overall underwhelming. Maybe it was an off day because I’m not sure how their drinks or their service would be 5 stars. Would not stop here again. There is indoor seating but it did not feel welcoming overall.

I’ve had the most fantastic drink here once. Followed up the next three drinks with subpar, flavorless drinks and hard boba. the reason for the low rating truly is due to the inconsistency. I’ve ordered the same drink every time and it’s never been the same upon them making it. Looks pretty enough

Great place to get boba tea. Workers are nice, prices are fair and the drinks are tasty. Kods love this place and there is some sort of spa thing located inside.

First time stopping in here. Wish I would have stopped a long time ago when they opened. Great atmosphere and awesome service! The ladies working today were great! I had the Vietnamese coffee and my wife had the Mango/kumquat Boba tea. Her tea was amazing and I have never had Vietnamese coffee until now and WOW is all I can say. I will definitely be back every time I stop at Ka'makana Ali'i.

This place has very good service, their drinks are phenomenal in my opinion. You guys should check out there Waikiki Sun Set Beach drink its pretty good.

It was ight.. we got this thing called boba which is like a milk tea. What we didnt know, is that they also include eggs. Round chewy eggs were sitting at the bottom of our drinks! However, they had a nice chewy texture and they were weirdly sweet. It almost made me not feel bad for eating future generations of whatever laid the eggs.

Coming in this little place is SO CUTE. Ambience is really nice and quiet--perfect for a little WFH or R&R. The tea is delicious. There's something different about this location that I really enjoyed my tea more so than any other location. The Baristas are quick and super nice. Feel free to ask questions because they are more than happy to help. Come here for your boba needs! You will not be disappointed. Also, I don't know who made all of the beautiful LEGO flowers but that's 👏🏽 A 👏🏽 Good 👏🏽 Job.
