Josh was very friendly towards customers. Delicious vegan 🌱 food. Mozzarella cheese sticks made from coconut cream were so good. We also ordered Thai chicken tacos and pulled pork fries..

Friendly service! Food was fresh and plentiful. I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich with a side salad and both really satisfied. You can tell their food is made to order. I loved their vegan sauce that came with my meal. I can't wait to try other items since their menu has so many yummy options!

Absolutely superb! Delicious food, incredibly friendly staff, and great vibes. We went to all 3 locations on Maui, for a total of 4 visits on our 6 day trip. Will recommend to everyone visiting and will definitely return when we come back!

Loved the option of all plant based menu items and big selection. Although the pulled pork fries said spicy, they were perfect interspersed with other tastes. We shared 4 plates to try several.

Just...Wow!! To the food, to the service of the people working on the truck, to the whole amazing experience. Seriously, a GEM of a place. After a more difficult experience finding a place on Maui to cater to some ingredient allergies I had (non air ones), the folk at this place listened to my questions, knew their food business super well to offer options on the truck and even changed my whole perspective on vegan food!! Wish I had discovered this place earlier - all of our food was delicious, fresh, left us full and feeling well - the taro burger, the chicken sandwich, the pulled pork were such fantastic quality that I would definitely prefer them over other places (and over the non-vegan options) I had tried before around where I live on the East Coast. Serious kudos to the genius minds and super friendly folk running this place - I feel the love and compassion you put into all that you do. You guys would do amazing if you ever expanded to the East Coast! Thank you!!!!

I’m so happy my husband found this vegan food truck. The food was amazing. I had the Asian bowl taste so good, my husband is not vegan and tried the Aloha burger. He Loved it!! We had go back for more.. I had to try the gyro It had great flavors and homemade sauce . The people are very friendly and the vibe is amazing This truck is a MUST whether your vegan or not Stop by and give it a try

Normally phone ears first... But I just couldn't wait! The food was delicious and definitely made to order. I got the pulled pork fried and was happily surprised by a crisp and crunchy fry along with the perfect vegan pork texture. It was very flavorful and we'll prepared. The extremely kind service was a welcome bonus. Also did I mention the kombucha on tap? Wish I could take this food truck home with me.

Everything was amazing! Large portions, beautiful presentation & good vibes. Definitely go for the moz sticks& gyro. We will definitely be returning when we head back to Maui!

Mahalo for offering us vegan food in Honolulu. It's s tragic that you had to leave Lahaina and hopefully with return of visitors to West Maui when appropriate that you can bring the truck back home.

Since there are a limited food options for vegans and vegetarians in Maui, we were lucky enough to find this place. I’d definitely recommend ordering the Mexican Street Tacos as they were very fresh and flavourful. The Iced Hibiscus Tea was also pretty refreshing for a hot summer day.

All vegan all delicious! Fish tacos are amazing! We also had the chicken sandwich, spicy aloha burger, pulled pork fries and kids chicken nuggets and fries. Everything is made to order, great flavor and piping hot. Also enjoyed their hibiscus lychee kombucha on tap which was light and refreshing. Not ideal to eat in the parking lot. We've been here in the beating sun and pouring rain and there's not great seating. They've added a few tables under the trees. Recommend taking food to a close beach park to enjoy with a view.

INCREDIBLE & DELICIOUS FOOD! Absolutely a must-eat location for anyone who likes mouth-watering food, omnivores and plant eaters alike! Hands down, 10/10 would recommend for any meal (we’ve eaten here twice within the last 24 hours) and this spot will be a highlight for every return trip to Maui. Remarkable recipes and run by a stellar team — highly recommend the street tacos, ceviche, and pb+jerby special!

Do not pass this food truck! I’ve been plant based for almost 13 years & say that this is some of the most delicious food I’ve ever had! We started with the pulled pork fries ~ oh, man what they can do with soy curls! The sandwiches (see photos) we’re out of this world! So thoughtfully prepared. Filled with flavor & the textures were on point. We (barely 🤣) finished with the SNIX bar & crème brûlée. What a perfectly sweet ending! And the staff… some of the kindest people I’ve encountered. I’m so grateful they have another good truck near the airport. This WILL be our final meal before heading home to the mainland.

The pulled “pork” fries were absolutely delicious! They were packed with texture and flavor. There were so many yummy looking items on the menu it was hard to choose. Service was fast and friendly too! I want to come back and try more stuff from the menu.

OMG! I hate leaving negative reviews after one visit. But this was bad Monday. We arrived with 11 of us for lunch. We are mostly vegan or vegetarian. There were about 6 people ahead of us. 30 min later, half of us hadn’t had our order taken. No one had food. With only one worker, he was doing the best he could to fill and take orders, but with phone and online orders he was at his, or anyone’s limit. What food that we had before I left was fried, unhealthily, plant based fast food. Suggest crossing the street .2 miles and get real vegan, sustainable food. (See my other review)

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING BUSINESS!! Fantastic vibes overall :) I enjoyed the pulled pork fries which were delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, & the owners were very kind & helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone!! So yummy :)) Best business idea ever!! Come to Colorado please!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I wish I lived here!!!! Cayden and Josh made me feel so welcomed and I couldn't have asked for a better adventure. I took a short Uber ride from the hotel and after asking where the best place to post up with my order was, Josh let me know about a beach just a short walk away. Can I just say that I think there's nothing better in life than eating vegan food on a beach?? I ordered the nozzarella sticks (mind-blowing, easily best vegan mozz stix I've ever had), delicious chicken sandwich on ciabatta and homemade ranch, three Mexican street tacos (cheese, chopped onion, house-marinaded vegan chicken, creamy salsa Verde, lime wedges, avocado, cilantro), and a snix bar and AHHHHH all I know is that I'm going to dream of this meal for the rest of my days.

Went here today after finding it online before our trip!! Such a blessing on an island with a shockingly low number of fully vegan spots. I operate a vegan restaurant in Canada and would love to collab on a location here with them after my experience today. The person working today was so kind, totally understood the stress of cross-contamination of eating at non-vegan places. Like-minded beauty of a person. We tried the mozza sticks, teriyaki bowl, chicken tacos, and the gyro. It was all fresh and delicious… will definitely be back!! Y’all rock!! Thank you for existing!!

Do yourself a favor and be sure to stop by here for lunch or dinner! Entirely organic plant-based vegan menu — I was in heaven. My friend and I have already had 75% of their menu and we loved every bite of every dish! The vegan chicken is super filling, the pulled pork fries are decadent and have a little spice kick, the gyro reminds me of vegan gyros in Greece (LEGIT!!), and the mozzarella sticks are PERFECT with crunchy outside crust and gooey melty vegan cheese in the middle! (I’ve been on a hunt for the perfect vegan mozzarella stick and FINALLY FOUND IT HERE!!) everything is 10/10! We’ve already eaten here twice and will be sure to stop by again before we leave. Don’t sleep on their vegan dessert and drink menu either! Highly recommend 👍🏼 wish I had this food truck back home !
